Could not un-recommend anymore!! To start mike an sue don't have a clue about the industry thier in!! From under/over pricing work to letting unqualified, un educated managers tell them what to do. It was disgusting to see the way they act towards thier staff from shorting thier pay to giving them dirty looks an not speaking to them for days at a time for just speaking up about a potential problem or asking for holiday, aswel as the way they treated staff throughout the covid 19 pandemic, some of which had children at home with key workers as wives, they made the whole situation stressful through not doing thier own research about the furlough scheme, they told one member of staff they'd only receive statutory sick pay which they'd have to pay back, they told another member of staff to just suck it up the pandemic wouldn't effect anyone in devon and then changed thier tune completely due to a member of staff contacting health and safety, even after all of that they made staff come in saying there was more than 2 meters between them all then a member of staff was caught measuring the welding bays, hes now been made redundant!! I genuinely feel sorry for most the staff at dymond engineering. If your looking for welding and fabrication work there are plenty of other better options locally!!
