It has very easy access, clean, and very nice amenities. We were a late arrival and had no problem at all checking in since they made it extremely easy. It has now been 3 weeks, and I still have not received anything. I have called multiple times and keep getting different answers -- that it's up to "corporate" or that a check has already been sent, yet nothing has arrived. One staff member (Meagan) was especially rude and dismissive when I tried to get an update, which made the situation even worse. Lisa was the only person who showed kindness and professionalism, but unfortunately she is no longer there. At this point, I am simply asking for the refund that was promised. I hope management takes this seriously and resolves it immediately.

The rv park itself is right off highway which is good and bad. A little noisy but not bad for easy access after long day of driving They have all new laundry facilities (which are free to use!!) and new showers that look really nice The spot itself also has nice hookups, the septic hole was clean and the power box seemed new Great spot to go to!

It's not right to gouge prices on out-of-town workers, especially when you're going off assessment, but they own four other campgrounds in the area they can name their price and they choose to price gouge I can't wait till this Data Center is complete and they have no business I recommend not staying there. There is a couple other parks that are catering to these construction workers a lot better and closer because they have deals with the Data Center.

Maybe considering getting a new phone clerk specifically someone who has customer service experience and has a broad vocabulary so they won't be using southern vernacular words such as mmmhmm when responding to questions.
