I put down a $100 deposit for travel plans that were not made available to me. My wife and I both put $100 each toward a destination wedding with Dorothy. When it came to pay the balance of the trip, I called and provided my credit card. I was then informed a couple weeks later that I was not able to take the trip (couple uninvited me). I said that is fine but I would like a refund of my deposit. Dorothy will not give me a refund. I was charged for something that was not made available to me. So I put down $100 for nothing. My wife has told me several times that the $100 was not used toward her trip that is it now a non refundable fee. read more

Just about everything went wrong, from booking us at the wrong hotel, not giving us the (V.I.P.) tickets we paid for to even the bus transportation was unprofessional. On top of that we didn't even get our itinerary until 5 days before our departure day!! I will never travel with this group again. $600ish dollars was a total waste.

DYC Travel agent is the best travel agent ever!!! She booked our wedding at Dreams Palm Beach in Dominican Republic and our honeymoon in Hawaii. Highly recommend Dorothy C. Best travel agent by far. Great professionalism, AMAZING prices, great bang for your bucks. Best wedding ever. It was everything I could have wished for and more. Dorothy Carter is the best travel agent ever. You would be lucky to be serviced by Dorothy Carter. I told her what I was looking for and she made it happen. Our wedding was better than I could have ever imagined. She goes above and beyond on every booking. She did an outstanding job with coordinating our group and managing our travel, bookings and wedding details. DYC Travel agent provided excellent service for my trip to the Dominican Republic. She booked over 20 people who attended my daughter's wedding at Dreams Palm Beach in the Dominican Republic. The Professional, Trustworthy Service we received from DYC Traval Agent was remarkable! She was available from beginning to end and willing to assist in any way she could to ensure we had an enjoyable trip. When we had to make changes or if something changed she was right there to assist in making sure the transitions went as smooth as possible. I am so glad I selected DYC Traval Agent to book our trip! DYC did an awesome job and everything went well. My daughter's wedding was beautiful! I enjoyed my stay at Dreams Palm Beach. My situation (for work) was very unique and I was not able to find what I needed utilizing travel sites on the internet. I called a number over agencies in the city and the women I worked with paid very special attention to the details of this complicated trip and found me a great itinerary at a lower price than I anticipated (and under budget!). NOT A WAY TO DO BUSINESS…read more Shaky company, our radio got pushed in and after we showed it to the driver, he said its OK. I called Mark, the next day (SUNDAY) to make sure we have no problem. No answer, no call back. Mark calls me on THURSDAY (five days later!!!) and starts swearing at me, "you fucked up my radio", "you'll fucken pay for this" and etc. After that he has the driver call me to try to get me to pay 200$ for a missing knob, that's all that's "fucked up". I find out now that he charged my card without my authorization for $200.00 NOT A WAY TO DO BUSINESS BUDDY, ITS NOT GOING TO GET YOU FAR!!!
