Really disappointed. I called at 1pm about getting in today. They said they took no appointments and we had to walk in to get on the list. We arrived at 2:30pm. My 7 yr old and I were going to get Manicures. Ann told us to sign in but we wouldn't be able to be seen until 4pm. She said we could leave and come back. We came back at 4. The place has no a/c so while they kept a back door open, the place was sticky, hot, and the chemical smell was stagnant since hardly any ever air was moving through the place. We waited for 15 minutes and watched three other people go ahead of us. I finally asked if we were going to be seen and Ann replies saying THERE WAS STILL ONE PERSON AHEAD OF US?! We decided to leave. They also don't take card or check, cash only. Makes me question other business practices since they won't turn on the a/c, allow a back door to an ally to be open and can't manage a list of clients coming in. I am typically not so negative with reviews but to have us drive 15 minutes across town twice, not have our appt time they gave us and then have a poor business atmosphere... I'd hate for someone else to have their time wasted like ours was today. read more

Wait was super long, like 45 minutes long, and that was with one person in front of me and she waited just as long. Makes sense there were only two people working. No one greeted or talked to me until it was my turn and they could have been nicer. She did a good job on my pedi. Pricing was weird because they only accept cash for an obvious reason but still charged me $5 even for tax. Not that big of a deal but good thing I had cash on me I guess. read more

This place is a joke! Signed in with one person ahead of me. A couple people walked in and she told them to come back at 4. One person walked in and she told them to sit down right away. The lady that seems to run it is not nice - she is rude and she does what she wants no matter what. tried to go there 3 days in a row and was there when the place opened. Love going here! I had never had a pedi until I was about 8 months pregnant and had massive swollen feet. Ever since then I've been hooked! Prices are reasonable and I walk out with my feet feeling great! Not sure why the other poster means by dirty, this place is extremely clean. I would give this place 0 stars if it would let me. I just sat and patiently waited for 2 hours to get a pedicure while I sat and watched people that came in after me jump ahead in line. I came with my mother and she was waited on and almost finished when I was told I wasn't forgotten about and she would be with me in 5 min... I waited another 25 min. This business needs to get their crap together and hire more employees if that's the issue. read more

I just went to this salon (now called 'nails by An' or something like that but sign is the same) a few days ago, along with my sister. We were looking for a new place to do pedicures/nails, and we found them while running errands. Both is, my mom & even my dad have all gotten pedicures there in the past week. When I went, everyone who worked there was polite, friendly, & professional (they're Vietnamese, so sometimes it's harder to understand them). A woman did my feet and I must say they've never looked this good. I get calluses, cracked heels/toes & ingrown nails all the time and no one before them have made them look & feel so soft and beautiful. I've always been a little insecure about my feet, because they usually get so damaged, but now I'm wearing sandals all the time. They have many different colors & types of pedicures to choose from. Price range is also pretty good & well worth it ($30-$50 depending on what you get, & I recommend the more intensive one; it will change your life; you can also get gel polish or acrylics but that's obviously a little more). They also do manicures which I haven't done yet but my mom's are pretty good. They also do waxing & fake eyelashes, but I've never done those, so I can't speak for that. They do walk ins, but appointments are good to do. My mom does eyebrow and upper lip. The woman who owns the place is a licensed esthetician. Both of us have had good experiences with this woman. Endless wait and rudeness. When I entered, I was not greeted. I had to ask if I could get a pedicure without an appointment but was never given any real information about how long the wait would be. After 25 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be, and was assured it would be "very soon." Another 20 minutes passed. I was taken to a pedicure chair and abandoned with my feet in the water for 10 minutes. I finally left and nobody noticed. Two huge televisions were blaring. There was no ventilation so the customers inhaled the toxic smells of acrylics. The waiting room was packed. Me and my friend walked into this salon to get a pedicure, eyelash extensions and manicures we were not greeted at the door and my friend asked to have her eyebrows waxed a lady who we found out later on was the owner told my friend to lay down and with the stick and wax tried waxing my friend eyebrows but before she could my friend asked if she knew how to do it and the woman replied no maybe u should just get pedicure? Really we asked so my friend got out of the chair we walked towards the back and I asked a worker who did the eye lash extension the man replied oh she's gone for today I asked if he could possibly call her in he started telling me different stories first it was she had to leave because her daughter was in a car accident then it was business was slow so she just left. So I asked since they only had one customer not including me and my friend how long would it take them to do our pedicures mind you there are two employees just sitting down watching tv and didn't even get up to assist us so I told them don't worry about it from the time we walked in the door they were rude and false advertised about their services and when I told them I was going to write a bad review about them they said they were going to call the police for what I asked because you guys are false advertising. This is not a customer review! I'm a cosmetologist I wanted to apply at this store. They had no applications available. My interview was the same day I walked in for the application. I was given a quick walk through of the salon and had to paint one of the owners nails. They told me only 1 towel per customer for pedicures. In school we could use as many as we needed causes no one wants a damp soggy towel on their feet. They had no staff claiming everyone had quit, that was a huge red flag for me. They wanted me to start the next day and work 6 days a week from open to close. That is 10 hours a day 60 hours a week, nail techs who are over worked tend to do a sloppy job. They then asked if i would like to request any days off. I told them I needed evey other friday evening off they told me that was not acceptable. I felt out of place there during the interview and seemed like they didn't care about my qualifications. They just wanted someone, anyone to work for them.
