They found my disposal was loose around the top. They charged me for the service call only. Two days later, it was leaking again so they came back and replaced two parts on the sink around the drain. When I ask how much I owed them, they said "no charge". Could not believe they didn't charge me at least for the parts. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know.
