They genuinely appreciate children, have a deep understanding of child development, and have decades of experience between them. As such, they treat children as they deserve to be treated, respecting them as people and helping them to grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Our children learned that at Abbott, they and their classmates are all friends, and so they were encouraged to cooperate, support, and learn from one another. My children enjoyed going to school, formed lasting friendships and attachments to their teachers, and were well prepared for kindergarten when it was time to enter elementary school.

I watched my clingy, anxious child blossom into a confident and engaged kid ready for whatever comes next, and I know that was due in part to the compassionate work of this dedicated team. Their energy and creativity are boundless. They do great work with academics, and I believe my child is well on the way to being prepared for kindergarten already. Their work on executive function is important too, though, and that's where my child really benefited. He's naturally bright (well, we think so), but he is also gaining the skills to let that brightness shine through in a structured classroom setting. Go ahead and visit other preschools, but come here when you're ready to fall in love with the best group of early childhood educators in town.
