Pool is warm & feels fabulous but not a fan of the freezing locker room, especially since you must shower before swimming & there is no shower head at poolside. Locker rooms are cold but kept very clean. Only thing that consistently drives me nuts is members who will tie up a particular machine forever because they have to socialize while they work out (NOT talking about persons with physical limitations who are recovering and must exercise slowly for safety). I don't care if folks visit with each other, that's part of going to the gym. Just please don't do a rep or two then sit there and discuss the Bulldogs for half an hour before you finish a set. If you're done moving and ready to talk, please take it over to Starbucks and free up machines for people who are trying to work out.

She loves the friendly atmosphere ... everyone challenging and cheering each other to do their best. The members come in all different levels of fitness and body type in fact some of their most enthusiastic members don't look like what you see in the magazines. Challenging WODs (workouts) but nothing too crazy ... can scale for your ability. Another cool thing is they have in-house competitions every few months and just had one last weekend. Great way to see your fitness level without having to sign up for a bigger competition, plus you get to hang out with friends.
