We looked at 4 houses the first weekend of starting the home buying process. Jeremy gave his honest reviews of the first few houses that I thought I liked. He gave his opinions which I am SO glad he did because the last house we looked at was our dream house. We put in the offer that day, AND it got accepted later that same day. He walked us through every step of the home buying process. He was there to answer all our questions, no matter how silly we thought it was. Jeremy really went above and beyond for us. We will be going back to him when it's time to upgrade our home in the future. I highly recommend Jeremy for your realtor needs in Virginia Beach! (:

Plus, Greg also somehow made a very stressful process genuinely fun. When Greg met our 10-year-old son, I was even more certain we had chosen the right realtor. I can't rave about Emil enough! Not only were the listings he showed us perfectly aligned with what…read morewe were in the market for, but he also frequently checked in to see what we liked/disliked to adapt the search as needed. With realtors we've used for other homes in the past, we've seen anywhere from 10-20 properties, but with Emil we found two we were torn between putting an offer on within five showings. He was also well-versed in the details of each showing, being able to answer all our questions on-site, whether it was the age of appliances or the cost of HOA fees. We were also extremely appreciative of the level of knowledge Emil holds and that he set aside time to walk us through any paperwork in detail. His proactive approach to including an escalation clause within our offer in the event of multiple offers (which there were), was a huge contributor to us securing our new home and in a way that didn't invoke any stress. You'll be in good hands with Emil - you truly won't find someone better!

We can't say enough wonderful things about Eric! From our very first conversation, it was clear…read morethat he genuinely cared about helping us find not just any rental, but the right one for our needs. He took the time to really listen to what was important to us--our budget, our desired neighborhood, our must-haves and deal-breakers--and showed us only listings that made sense. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and professionalism made the entire process feel smooth and far less stressful than we ever expected. What stood out most was how patient and encouraging he was, even when we were feeling discouraged after a couple of places didn't work out. Eric never pressured us, always kept us informed, and went above and beyond--even checking in after we moved to make sure everything was going well. Thanks to his guidance, we found a place that feels like home--somewhere we truly love waking up each day. We are beyond grateful for their help and would wholeheartedly recommend Eric Hovik to anyone looking for a rental (or buying/selling!) in the area. Truly one of the best experiences we've had with a real estate professional.

I want to reach out to acknowledge 2 of your staff, Chris Russell and Edwin Gallegos-Galvan. My…read morehusband and I first met Chris through a random Zillow search that connected us to Chris as we embarked on a property search for my daughter's first home purchase. We live in Yorktown, and were unfamiliar with realty companies and through that first encounter with Chris on Zillow-were happy to work with him when he reached out and made introduction and agreed to work with us. Chris worked tirelessly with us, and was extremely responsive, no matter what time or day of the week. Oftentimes we would locate potential properties but were unable to cross the HRBT to tour them and Chris by then knew what we were looking for and provided us video tours and insights on properties. Chris was always steady, encouraging and ready to lend professional guidance when we were not familiar with certain areas and amenities at the Beach. The initial process to get prequalified started in August of 2022. By the time Chris came on board and we started the search in earnest-we had already been looking on our own for several months. 10+ months later, and over 150 properties, 11 properties that we bid on and lost, FINALLY on June 18, 2024-Chris helped us to the finish line to close on a property in Pembroke Crossing Condominiums. During a point towards the end of the 10 months, Chris took a well deserved break and went on a European honeymoon with his wife. (We spent so much time with him, we feel like he is now family!)- In his absence, he asked Edwin to fill in for him. Luckily, or unluckily-depending on Edwin's perspective -- we hit a streak where we had a long list of properties to tour and several of them resulted in Edwin working up the contract offers for us. None of them panned out and we felt like it was not going to be in the cards that we would be able to find a property for her that checked all of the boxes and was within her budget. But- just when we thought it was never going to happen, a previous property that we had made an offer on came back on the market. Edwin was right there when we made the new offer, worked up the contract quickly and kept the pedal down the whole way to get the seller a quick sale due to her having a property in Florida contingent on the sale of the Va. Beach property. Edwin was responsive 24/7, friendly, focused and professional in his expert handling of the negotiation and offer paperwork. The best part for us was that Edwin was there when our daughter realized that she was going to get the house---her offer had been accepted --and the look on her face and his is something I hope I never forget. Chris arrived back from his honeymoon in time to handle the final details and be with us at the closing. Buying a home is a stressful undertaking especially in the challenging times we find ourselves in. Maybe that's why my husband and I are in the same home we purchased in 1986!. My daughter's first home buying experience was fraught with uncertainty and disappointment but not because of Chris or Edwin!-They listened to her and guided their search to try and accommodate her preapproved budget and desired areas/criteria. She is super happy and looking forward to moving in soon to her new home. I wanted you to know what superb guys Chris and Edwin are--- top notch, great at what they do- invested in putting in the time and effort to make sure their client is taken care of every step of the way. If there is a "review" tab somewhere on your website I am happy for this email to be shared there, so if someone else is looking for a realtor or their first home- they can see what our experience was with Lonnie Bush and Chris and Edwin specifically. I have recommended both of them to friends who are either already looking to buy/sell, or will be soon. I also highly recommend them for a raise and promotion! Really appreciate everything they did for us, and we know they will be nothing but successful in everything they do.

During the most stressful time one could imagine, she was always there. Answering the phone, texts, dropping everything to show us a house, at literally any and all hours of the day. Her work ethic and amazing, contagious attitude quite literally makes you feel like you are her only clients - constantly giving you the full attention you need. Not only was she crazy knowledgeable about the industry and market, but she also got to know me and my husband so well, she ended up finding homes for us instead of us just throwing her a list of homes we wanted to see. She was extremely proactive and handled everything for us. Even when other real estate agents representing other clients were not doing their job responsibly and were extremely unethical, she had our backs - she didn't just tell us to "get over it and ignore it," she handled it. We will never use another agent for anything - Andree all day, all the way.
