There was no option on my screen for payment . I called and I was told there was​ nothing she could do. A supervisor emailed me and said as a one-time courtesy they would send me my payment. I have not been able to access online or phone call. I know I'm blocked and I really don't understand why. First you're telling me will pay you as a courtesy and then I have no access and I can't call anybody. Not even the White plains office. It just rings and rings. I have never once caused any issues.
