i have bought from digital village for over 20 years, a few times at other stores, but mostly at the romford branch. once in a blue moon, you might get a tiny minor issue with an exceptionally popular product, but the actual service, the customer support, the way your being addressed and handled, thats important stuff to me. 20 years is a lot of brand loyalty on my part sticking with them. for any tiny minor events, ive completed dozens of first rate orders. i hope they survive for decades to come. read more
