Not always open due to service for a small town. Always experienced great service here over the course of many visits.

If you go camping up in Kamas or the surrounding area, chances are you'll end up at this 7-Eleven…read moreat some point before or after your trip. We found ourselves here after a weekend trip and needed to dump our RV tanks. As we arrived, we saw that plenty of other people had the same idea, so we hopped in line with them. It moved slowly, as to be expected, but everyone was pretty courteous about being quick about dumping their business. Inside, it was a bit chaotic. Lots of people were grabbing drinks, snacks and whatever else they needed. Most of the hot food was picked over and there were long lines at the registers. I felt bad for the staff trying to keep up with everyone. If you're in a hurry, I might suggest looking for a more off-the-beaten path gas station. This one, being where it's located, stays very busy.

I hesitate to leave a bad review, because one person should not be reflective of the entire store…read more My husband and I, both in our 50's stop in this store on our way to our cabin most weekends. I wish I would have looked at her name, but she was an elderly woman with her gray hair pulled back, who sits on a stool behind the register. She was so incredibly rude, that I thought she was kidding. I only got ice in my mug, so I stood back while my husband purchased beer. She said I need to see anyone's license who is with you and pointed at me. She was so aggressive and confrontational about it. My husband, of course presented his ID, I just went to the car. She would not sell it to him unless I came back in with my ID, stating it's "Utah Law". He was so mad because of how she treated us, he just said "Nevermind" and left it on the counter. We knew she applied the law incorrectly. We know anyone purchasing beer has to show ID. We considered going back in, to show her the law, but decided to just not bother with it. As I said, everyone is always nice. But this lady is definitely the bad apple in the cart. I hope someone can help her to do better.

Popped in for a couple quick items. Clean , large , many items beyond food too…read more In newer strip mall with ace hardware and several other shops . Plenty of parking . It was busy on a weekday mid afternoon. Sadly heard had a " Walmart like effect" on the downtown old market .

Besides the grocery store near my house, this is probably the grocer I visit most in the summer…read moremonths. It's at the base of UT-150, better known as the Mirror Lake Highway, and it's just what you need when you're headed out for an adventure. I've talked about their connection to the highway before (summary: you can buy a $45 annual pass at their service counter) but I need to give them another shoutout. Over the last five years since my second review, I've been in countless times for pre-camp or pre-hike supplies. You know--the things you forget, or the junky things you get just because. I've stopped here for dinner a few times, but if you get there later than about 4pm, the selection of pre-made sandwiches, deli items, etc is pretty slim. And, to be honest, that's one area where I think they can improve. Not just the selection, but the care and quality that goes into those things. I mean, if I had my druthers, I'd stop at a local restaurant for food, but since I often come through town after dinner time on a Friday night after finishing work for the week, I want to get something quick! The magic is also with the gas station in that regard. I almost always fuel up here, even if I already have a nearly full tank. When I head up and out for 4WD adventures, the last thing I want is to have to turn back because of fuel worries. That little gas station just keeps on providing great drinks and a quick fuel. Add that to a grocery store that can help you grab things you may have forgotten (marshmallows!) and you've got a 1-2 punch that preps you for adventure.
