I had a miserable experience here years ago but went back in today for help after hitting a nail…read moreyesterday and busting a tire. Rafa and Bradley were AMAZING. I feel so lucky they were there and helped me quickly and affordably. Bradley was able to remove the small nail and patch the tire ... incredible ... and Rafa was all over letting me know the status and providing an easy experience for payment at check-out (I waited next door at the new coffee place called Urban Sailor - so convenient for working while waiting). Mercer has all sorts of hit and miss reviews here on Yelp, but I think management has completely turned over and had a 10+ experience today. I hope this place continues to give great service and recommend it now.

Great value for the time and money for the service I needed done. It would have been done on Saturday but the parts people put the wrong part in the right box which is no fault to them. I asked if they would consider scrubbing the budget to see if they might be more in line with other estimates for the same work. They did not reply. Resent the request a few days later -- and no reply again. I'm sure they're busy enough and don't need my business now or ever; and that's ok. Consider this an fyi.

Besides the grocery store near my house, this is probably the grocer I visit most in the summer…read moremonths. It's at the base of UT-150, better known as the Mirror Lake Highway, and it's just what you need when you're headed out for an adventure. I've talked about their connection to the highway before (summary: you can buy a $45 annual pass at their service counter) but I need to give them another shoutout. Over the last five years since my second review, I've been in countless times for pre-camp or pre-hike supplies. You know--the things you forget, or the junky things you get just because. I've stopped here for dinner a few times, but if you get there later than about 4pm, the selection of pre-made sandwiches, deli items, etc is pretty slim. And, to be honest, that's one area where I think they can improve. Not just the selection, but the care and quality that goes into those things. I mean, if I had my druthers, I'd stop at a local restaurant for food, but since I often come through town after dinner time on a Friday night after finishing work for the week, I want to get something quick! The magic is also with the gas station in that regard. I almost always fuel up here, even if I already have a nearly full tank. When I head up and out for 4WD adventures, the last thing I want is to have to turn back because of fuel worries. That little gas station just keeps on providing great drinks and a quick fuel. Add that to a grocery store that can help you grab things you may have forgotten (marshmallows!) and you've got a 1-2 punch that preps you for adventure.

I purchased a car from here a few months ago. They gave me a free oil change token that I thought…read morewas a nice addition to the deal. Little did I know the car would require an oil change 2 months later. Keep in mind this dealership is an hour drive each way from my home. So I made the appointment for 10AM a few days in advance and was there at 9:50 AM. They had no idea I had made the appointment, but said it was not a problem. One hour goes by, the car had not moved. 2 hours and still it has not moved. A salesman finally went and inquired and shortly after that the car was finally taken back to the service area. Another hour and we were finally done. I should have just paid the money and had it serviced by the dealership that is 3 miles from my home. I give them 4 stars because the initial sale went smoothly. I deduct a star for the painfully slow service. If you take reservations for service time slots, the work should be started somewhere close to that time. I certainly won't drive that far again for service. Hi

We were towing our trailer when the rear air shocks failed and we became quite unsteady on the road. Our Yukon Denali was riding very low while we tried to tow, and we were about a thousand miles from home with another two thousand miles to go. We walked into Labrum Chevrolet in Heber City, Utah. Everyone was so kind and understanding. Although they were already quite busy, they took the time to listen and understand our dilemma, and presented me with options on different parts. Then they hustled to have the parts shipped over as quickly as possible and they repaired the car later that same day. I was overly impressed with the service we received, especially since we were "out of towners" looking for a small miracle. They delivered!! Thank you Labrum of Heber City!!! It's so hard to get time off from work and travel across the country with the whole family and you saved our vacation!!
