It's in a busy spot but they're so quick and friendly inside! The quality is great as well! There was a customer in front of me last time I went in and they said the product was brown and made them sick. Although I've never had this experience here, the manager was quick to give a full refund and offer new products, on discount, in which the customer did end up buying something else. Great customer service all around.

I would like to try one of their infused drinks one day but 10mg is the smallest amount they offer and I don't ever ingest more than 5mg. They usually have deals on their baked "goodies" and some days provide samples if you bring your ID. My aunt had one of their cookies and told me that she was "elevated" for hours. The folks who run this shop are really nice and anytime I have to wait for a bit, they upgrade the size of the drink on the house. They've got games to play and a great music playlist every time I visit. This place is a vibe.

I have been a customer of the Homewood location for about a year, and until this incident I…read moregenerally experienced excellent customer service and quality products. That's exactly why I continued shopping here and why this experience was so disappointing. After returning home from my most recent purchase, I discovered that the container containing the pre-rolls I purchased was empty. The packaging appeared to have been opened and resealed, and the pre-rolls were missing. I also purchased Cookies THC edibles as a gift. Because I no longer had confidence in the integrity of my order after discovering the missing product, I chose not to give the gift or use it. What has been most disappointing is not just the missing product, but the lack of communication afterward. I made several attempts to contact the dispensary by email to report the issue and seek a resolution, but I never received a response. As a result, I disputed the charge with my financial institution. I'm sharing my experience because I believe customers deserve both quality products and responsive customer service when something goes wrong. I sincerely hope management reviews this matter, investigates what happened, and takes steps to ensure it doesn't happen to another customer. I would welcome the opportunity to resolve this issue professionally.

So, the customer I'm accompanying is a no nonsense, veteran cannabis consumer (i.e. they know what they need to treat their symptoms.) Now, I want to preface this by saying I have inside knowledge of how the "AICs" and "management" operate. The "service" was beyond awful. The skinny black dude who rang us out was rude and whiny (not only to my friend who is the actual customer) but towards the other employees who were actually hustling and running back and forth. Being fair, the last time I used this location in 2023, I had a *very* bad experience with both the "manager" and assistant "manager." I didn't happen to see either. Hopefully both are long gone. *SAD* *PATHETIC*

She brought me over to the screen kiosk to find me a CBD gummy with just 1% THC for sleep. She was really focused on my need request to find which one she thought was best for me, not just someone there for a paycheck. The weird part is a new customer is supposed to get 20% off on their first visit which I should have got, but the product cost $22 which with the discount should have cost $18 plus tax, but even when I reminded the cashier about my 20% off, with tax it came to $29, she said the extra cost was the tax on THC. I looked on the receipt and verified they never gave me the 20% off! Reading other reviews above and on Google, I'm not even sure the potency on the label is truthful. So I'm giving 3 stars for Stephanie and the cashier being friendly and helpful. If you just want gummies and not cannabis, there is a great store on 127th & Harlem across from Pop's and next door to Running For Kicks called 'WSC Natural Healing' that sells CBD and THC Kratom both chocolates & gummies with great selection and knowledgeable sales staff Kelly and Donovan!
