I have picture evidence that the roasts were requested for our cuts and the lady insists that i only asked for rib eyes, meanwhile i only received 12 total rib eyes/side of beef and the lady insists because they are one inch thick that's all we get so ... as we all know ... a full rib section is MUCH more that a foot long. i cannot believe that i tried them again after our first bad experience and i will never be going there again. they basically kept the 2 best cuts of both of my halves for themselves leaving my family paying and without our meat! AND ON TOP OF THAT the cow was killed on April 12 and butchered on the 21st ... that is only 9 DAYS HANG TIME! when we paid for TWO WEEKS HANG TIME HOW AWFUL!
