Hey, I'm writing a review for a GREAT coffee place who couldn't sell me coffee because their coffee machine was down! You want to know why they get 5 stars? They have great customer service (and do a whole lot for the communities they are in). Getting back to my coffee, now, the gent apologized and gave me a coupon for a free, any size coffee. "There's one just down the street here on 6th". Within minutes, I had my Dutch Bros. fix and was happy. I made a whirlwind road trip to Klamath from SoCal and went to 4 different coffee joints along the way before getting to Dutch Brothers at the end of my trip. It was a nice end to the coffee experience road trip we had. When we drove through town we saw 3 other Dutch Bros. in about a 5 minute drive from each other. This place must be crazy for their coffee to be able to keep 3 of these guys afloat along with a few other drive-thru coffee huts. I hope they don't have to close a location but It seems a little excessive to have so many of the small business in such close proximity but alas it must work for them, so good for them. I like my sugar-free syrups and asked what they had. She handed me a long list of syrups both regular and a small handful of sugar free options. It was quite inclusive with the regular syrups. I have seen more varieties of sugar free syrups elsewhere and was hoping to find a few of the seasonal sugar free ones like pumpkin pie and salted caramel Torani but they did not have this. To give them credit though I have yet to see a coffee house carry these "rare" flavors. They had a small a simple menu with some specialty drinks listed. It stated they could make pretty much whatever we asked so I did. I asked if they had a sugar free Chai latte. That they did not have. Again to give them credit, I have only seen one place ever offer a sugar free Chai but it was worth asking. I got a SF Hazelnut latte, it was not on the menu but being able to make a latte at a coffee place is pretty expected. My partner got a SF vanilla. Both we asked extra hot. Both were very good. I wished it would have been more like "lawsuit" extra hot as it was about as warm as a normal latte but that is really the only complaint I have. They had a latte that came standard with 6 shots, I think I will be hitting that badboy up on the way home and jib out in the car. Overall good coffee and good service. I hope they bring some more of these to California. read more

I've gone to this Dutch Bros several times-- and a couple other locations. Their coffee is ALWAYS good and they are always friendly!! Fast and friendly, offer all kinds of sugar-free syrups which I appreciate, and never laugh at my order "Sugar-free/Fat-free Almond Joy Latte"! I don't go as often as I would like because I've been on a tight budget recently, so most of the time I try to drink my coffee at home (or get a plain one somewhere, if it's an EMERGENCY!!), but when I'm really in the mood for a yummy latte-- you can't beat them.. read more

Worst service ever!!!! I had to beg for my receipt!! Which all said "custom amount" total bs I friggen ordered nothing out of ordinary 2 large drinks and one small!!. It unexplainable came out to 19.50!!! I had to ask several times to make sure my order was correct. Seriously was a ding bat!!!! Flip this place I will stick to Starbucks!! We stopped here on our way home to the Bay Area from La Pine, OR. I was driving and needed something to pick me up. We got off the freeway at central Klamath Falls and drove right up to the drive through window. The nice guy who helped us suggested the Double Torture. I have to say it was delish. He asked us where we were from and where we were going. When he heard we were travelers, he gave me my drink for free. I was blown away. If I lived in the area, I would get all my coffee here. read more

Wow. I just came back from crater lake trip and wanted to get a iced tea drink. It was a hot day Did not know what flavor to get so I asked. I got the Dutch green tea with honey grapefruit flavor. That was the best green tea. Our server ask if this was our first time. I said yes and he gave us for free. I asked if I can tip but he said nope. Oh my gosh, that was hand down the best service I experienced. I will be back. This place needs to open in San Francisco. read more

It's difficult to get a good cup of coffee. Have gone several times in the past and have never had an excellent cup. Thought I would try one more time. Stopped on my way out of town for a "treat". I ended up with a cup of warm milk with no flavor and no coffee. I had ordered a coconut mocha... Needless to say, I will not be going back to this stand. read more

Hilarious & friendly with great coffee too! We saw a hwy sign on our road trip and stopped for coffee here, the three guys working here were so friendly and patient when we couldn't decide between the delicious selections of syrups. They made great suggestions and we were entertained by their funny interactions with one another and their outgoing personalities.
