There was also a lot of background noise and I got confused about whether she was trying to talk with me. But, I guess it was just noisy there. After I asked some qualifying questions about the practice, I asked if they accepted my insurance, to which she replied 'no.' So, I said 'thank you anyway' and hung up with her. As this was my third attempt at contacting a potential new chiropractor, I decided to go visit my health insurance page to see who they had listed. This practice was on the list. So, I thought there may have been a mistake. I called back to the practice and Tabitha answered again. I shared with her (nicely!) what I'd found--that they were on the list on the insurance website--and she replied, "Yeah, for another week," with a strange attitude. She then followed up with a curt, "Do you want to pay cash?" Her attitude was just awful. I still wonder if she knew what she was talking about. But, honestly, if this person is the front-facing representative for the practice, seems like maybe I'm better off moving on to the next option. It's crazy to me that a business can operate this way and still end up with such a great rating. Very confusing.

We…read morehappened upon him by chance just by picking his name out of the phone book (remember phone books?). I have since recommended him to about ten friends, all of whom rave about him (even the ones who were skeptic about chiropractic!). He is caring, committed, professional, and works long hours so his patients can get the care they need (and will even come see you after hours if it's an emergency!) he can diagnose what is hurting you and what type of adjustments you need just by looking at your posture (whether you're sitting, lying down, or standing). I saw him throughout all three of my pregnancies, which helped tremendously. I have taken my own children to him, and my husband is also a patient. He can fit you in for same-day appointments and is very flexible with cancellations. The only "problem" has nothing to do with the top-notch care I've received, it's more to do with the ambiance of the office. Dr. Tony is deeply Christian (I am not), and the office is decorated with Christian decor (wallpaper, plaques, etc.) and there is conservative Christian radio playing on the speakers. While I can ignore all that and focus on the wonderful care Tony provides (and his decor does all the evangelism for him; his conversations with me are 100% professional), some people may be uncomfortable with that.
