Do not hire this woman . She came into my condo and proceeded to discard many of my possessions . All my everyday use items in the bathroom were thrown away, including a dental mouth guard that will cost me $500 to replace . Also gone were several years of recent tax returns and my checks . Even my town recycle bin . Worst of all, she deserted the job halfway through . She is very unprofessional, very careless, and expensive . read more

We hired Dawn to come for a day and do a deep clean of our first floor and junk removal from our garage and basement. We were quoted $1200 and then $100 for weekly cleaning/organizing. It seemed high to me but she was able to fit us in at the end of the week and we really wanted it done. On the day of I was expecting a team. Dawn arrived alone. She told us that if the junk removal could be $200-$300 more max. We weren't crazy about that but said ok. She later also claimed she had said $120, not $100 for the weekly clean which is not true. When the junk removers arrived they smelled potently of marijuana and were clearly very high. When they started they were bumping into stuff. Despite my best efforts Dawn had them take many brand new items and items that were meant for donation, while not taking items I actually wanted removed. About 2.5-3 hours in Dawn demanded another $800 for the junk removers or she said the junk removers would not come back for the second load, most of which was already outside on our driveway and lawn. We told her no- that was not what had been discussed and was way too high of an increase. At that point Dawn threatened to sue me for not agreeing to the huge price increase. I had to ask her to leave. She proceeded to refuse and walked around inside our house recording (even though I did not sign the paper that would allow photograph and/or video to be taken inside our home, which I reminded her). She then stood in out driveways yelling and insulting us for about 20 minutes before finally leaving. We have since procured another estimate for the junk removal and clean up of the mess they left and it is much more reasonable at $150 vs. the $800 extra Dawn was demanding. Needless to say, we do not recommend Dust to Dawn. read more

Dawn came in and looked at the house and told me all the things they would do for a pretty high price per me, but I needed help, so I agreed. The first time a crew of 3 came in and worked only on 35% of the things I expected or she said they would do and then told me that only one of her girls would come the next time for 3 hrs and guess what??? I make arrangements and give them a time I could be home and they come in before time, dont give me a call and then text me right when we had decided to meet that they waited for 10 mins and they have other houses to deal with and cant afford to waste so much time over me..!!! I was furious.. I was there on time and made all possible adjustments to my schedule as I counted on them for the appointment and the response I got was highly unprofessional. I would not recommend her for anything, neither cleaning, nor anything at all. Looking for another cleaning help. read more

We contacted Dawn and it took a while for her to reply. Once she did we were enthusiastic to work with her. If you are looking for an organizer her girls are great, if you are looking for a house cleaner they are not the people. We have had to leave notes every 2 weeks about what was not done correctly and to please use a cleaning product on the floor etc. We were highly disappointed and just today she quit because she was tired of our complaints. Dawn was so kind to fit me in for a last minute clean on my house in Manchester. It is extremely difficult to manage a property when you live more than 1600 miles away. Unfortunately, my tenant who just vacated did not take care of my home as well as I would have hope... and there was excessive wear and tear at the property. She helped by coming in and touching everything that needed attention... from the broken front door lock, to emptying a junk-filled basement, and even replacing a worn out bathroom fan. I just had Dawn and Brittney come in and clean my old rental house to get my security deposit back. They did amazing! After living there for 10 years so much stuff and DUST accumulated that it really needed a deep clean... that's exactly what Dawn did!!! The floors sparkle and the place smelt so good too! We contracted with Dawn to remove junk left by our tenant and then to do a ceiling-down cleaning of the small cottage. The price for junk removal seemed a little high but we were happy to not have to deal with the junk. Josh was supposed to knock down cobwebs in the basement but there were still cobwebs when he left. We assumed that the cleaners would take care of any that were still there. The cleaners arrived at 7:40 (after receiving a text from Dawn stating they would arrive at 8:15)! Around 9:30, I got a text asking us to check the cottage. When we checked it, there were many things not done. We started a list, but noticed that they had not done a ceiling-down cleaning (as requested of Dawn), so we asked them to do that before we reviewed their work. I was SO disappointed when obvious dirt was not cleaned. It appeared they used a damp rag to clean the windows so there were streaks on most of them. When we pointed out VERY OBVIOUS DIRT, they would take a damp (not soapy) cloth, and wipe it off. We never saw a bucket of soapy water or a step stool/ladder. We checked their work three times and each time had to tell them what they hadn't accomplished. Perhaps if we had stayed in the cottage and pointed out things that needed to be done, we would have gotten the job we paid for. They appeared to be fixated on mopping the floors! By 11:30 (almost four hours with two people - that's eight person-hours!!!!!), I paid them (as much to just get them gone so we could get busy on other things) and they left. As we worked in the cottage over the next couple days prepping for a new tenant, we continued to find things that had not been done; two tall cabinets had not been cleaned on the inside, the range hood had not been cleaned at all (it was greasy and sticky!), there were still cobwebs in many places, half the basement had not been cleaned - including the clothes rods that still had dust on them, an obvious dark shadow on one wall where a picture had hung was still there even after mentioning it at least twice (I took a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and had it clean in less than five minutes; of course I had to stand on a step stool to do it!) My husband and I spent about two hours each cleaning the things that didn't get done. We have written Dawn a letter requesting a refund. I'm still shocked that her "girls" couldn't adequately clean a 500 sf cottage in seven to eight hours. Next time we have a move-out, we'll clean ourselves and keep the $250! read more

Dawn came to my house to clean after I moved out and before Tenants moved in. She went through all of the things that the cleaning would entail and what the price would be. Sounded great! Once she was "completed" only half of those things were actually done and the price was above quote. Cabinets were left dirty, parts of the refrigerator that were put in the dishwasher were warped from the heat and a piece of my range was missing and is still to be found. Dawn and Brittney have been coming to my house for a couple of months now, and I couldn't be happier with their services. In addition to cleaning services, Dawn always comes planned with an additional project to tackle (e.g., cleaning out the refrigerator), so that I definitely get my money's worth while they are here! With 2 dogs, things can get pretty hairy, so I definitely look forward to seeing them every other week - because they save me a full day+ of cleaning on the weekends. At one point she texted me that she was at my disposal. I told her 11am....yet no one arrived untill after 4pm. Four people helped me to accommodate this push back and she never apologized. Plus, the job wad shoddy. I asked for certain things to be done but it was all dismissed. I was taken full advantage of as so much was looked over. The last straw was finding a dirty rag wrapped around a bathroom brush under my sink. That is just disgusting! My father owned his own cleaning company for 30+ years and all rags were cleaned for each account. It skeeves me out to know that rag & brush could've been used on others homes before mine. She also used up all my cleaning supplies after telling me that she supplies her own industrial supplies. read more
