Being a Londoner, and well used to Middle Eastern kebab places, when I ask for garlic sauce I'm really expecting the proper stuff. No mayo. Real garlic sauce is made from yoghurt. If Cosmos Pizza add real garlic sauce to their repertoire I will come back and 5 star. Golden, piping hot, perfect size, not too greasy, fluffy on the inside, crisp on the outside. It's a losing battle to find perfect chips these days - especially from normal outlets. But here you go. Opposite Aldi, in Gillingham of all places. Highly recommended.
