We've always appreciated reading reviews, especially when the job is involved, and that's what we…read moredid with GTA Rubber Surfacing. We did the same with other same-type of re-surfacing company's yet GTA really shined. From the very beginning through to completion, the process was seamless. Corrie was personable and listened to what we were looking for based on your situation - we'd already had rubber surfacing done many years earlier, (different company), and wanted a much-needed modern update - they came through in aces! The colour options offered really open your eyes to how your makeover will pop! Workday came and Pedro AND his crew - the latter should be recognized considering the work involved - were professional, amiable; considerate, and as importantly, competent in making the back pool and eating area a work of magic - WE LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! Have no hesitation in recommending GTA RS - at least give them your time in quoting you a price - no harm, no foul. We're open to questions should you have any. Thaks so much Corrie, Pedro and team! This company is extremely unprofessional DO NOT make the mistake of using them like our friends…read moredid. They took full payment, did not complete the work... I might add the cost was $11,500 dollars... the workmanship was absolutely terrible. Pictures shown in review by Jason B.They stopped answering any kind of communication including text, email and phone calls- just vanished. They accused neighbours of "stealing" orange hazard fence and completely embarrassed great, hard working people that just wanted a new fence. This is despicable behaviour and gives good contractors a bad name... Shame on you- if you are a part of a franchise you should lose your ability to represent them. DO NOT hire this company, you will regret it.

This is a second follow up to Lisa's (Canada Fence) reply to my original review as more information…read moreis now available. I can't trust you or anyone associated with your company to do any additional work for me. I just found out that instead of doing a proper roofing job, Terry ordered his helper to install the 7 bundles of shingles I paid for, over the existing shingles & they were hammered onto the existing shingles with short nails. What reputable company does that? The worker was told not to replace the original shingles. Now I not only have a worse leak from the flashing Canada Fence "replaced" but also a worse leak from the roof. Canada Fence charged me $2,700 + tax for this inferior job. Just like the used fence post he installed & charged me for a new one. I noticed right away it was cracked. If anyone wants pictures of the flashing, shingles & post, I've got them. All Terry was interested in was getting money etransferred to his personal email daily. Canada Fence should be investigated by whoever issues business licences & the CRA. When they saw a vulnerable person, they sure took advantage of the situation.
