They charged me $310 to do a SIMPLE tax return with ONE DEPENDENT. I personally find this absolutely ridiculous, not to mention the fact that he did my return wrong, and I received less than I was originally told and this was the OWNER. Never was i told by him, the amount that this would be. When my taxes were complete, I spoke to the owner myself to express my distaste for my charge. He told me he would give me $50 off of my next return with them and that's all he could do. So I figure. That's fine. I will call corporate and speak to them directly. Well that's a funny one, cause they basically have NO corporate office. A multi million dollar company, with no customer service. WOW. I guess I figured since this company has been around forever, it would be fine. I will NEVER in my life ever go back there and I would advise the same as anyone reading this post. PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST BEFORE CONSIDERING WORKING WITH THIS CON ARTIST***…read more He dodged my calls and texts for nearly a year after he MISFILED all ZEROS on my PA taxes (WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR CONSENT) for which I provided him ALL the correct numbers and documentation for AND paid him to do the correct job. When I finally got him on the phone (had to have my Mom call him bc he was avoiding my calls) to ask him why he did that, he then lied and claimed that he would file the CORRECT number before the deadline so it was a 'non-issue.' He then dodged my countless calls and texts until the month before the deadline, almost a full year after initially reaching out to him to file a simple PA, and when I finally got him on the phone again, instead of apologizing and saying he would file them right away and was sorry for the unprofessional inconvenience he put me through, he instead then requested I hold his hand even more and email him THE MONTH THEY WERE DUE to REMIND HIM to do them. When I asked him why he needed so much reminding and why he was so set on waiting until the last minute to file them, he PROVIDED NO VALID EXPLANATION and just insisted I send him that email to remind him again to do them on the month they are due. Then, when I did his ridiculously strange request and emailed him, to hold his hand and remind him to DO HIS JOB for well more than the two dozenths time within a 12 month period, he LIED AGAIN in the email he responded to me with and claimed he 'had no idea what I was talking about.' Additionally he filed the WRONG HOME ADDRESS in both the 'Articles' portion of the LLC filing AND on Sunbiz.org portion, for an LLC of mine that I regret asking him to create for me. He didn't even make the SAME mistake of address in those two spots, he made UNIQE mistakes on my address in BOTH spots, so he didn't even mess up my address just once in two spots, he messed it up on BOTH the two most important places and with DIFFERENT mistakes in each. This guy is AN EXTREMELY SKETCHY, UNRELIABLE, DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL person who strongly gives the impression of being on the run from something serious. I would AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM AT ALL COSTS if you value your business and finances.
