He talented crew repaired the problem and also repaired a badly stained area of the ceiling in our dining room ceiling. The paint is a perfect match for the rest of our room. We also had an issue with our new refrigerator, which was 1/4 inch taller than our old one - so it wouldn't fit under the existing upper cabinets. Then he came back in less than two weeks to repair our roof and patch the area with new shingles. One other company that finally returned our call couldn't have done the job for weeks and would have been more expensive. Brandon had let us know that the new shingles wouldn't quite match our old ones, but that seemed to be a supply issue. Not a big deal since it's the back of the house and not easily visible anyway. I was impressed that they came to Richmond all the way from Fredericksburg, and if they were running late due to traffic, Brandon was good to let us know. Brandon and his partner were hard-working, polite, considerate, and willing to work around our schedule. They were reasonably priced and the final cost closely matched their estimate. We discussed my home needs (install hardwood floors) and set a date and time for Mr. Wilson to come by for estimate. He seemed friendly enough. He said he would call when he was on his way to our home. Husband left work early to be available for the meeting. When we didn't receive a call and the scheduled time had passed, I left a voicemail for Mr. Wilson asking if we were still on schedule. I received a fairly quick call back. Mr. Wilson literally acted like he had no idea who I was and stated that he receives a lot of phone calls. He asked my last name and our address and he still seemed perplexed. He inquired if we were available the following day. Since he had yet to even apologize and I didn't appreciate his lack of organization, I simply told him, nope, thank you, have a good day and ended our call. If he had apologized on the call, asked if he could come by immediately or even called or emailed us back after that call, this might have been a different review. I am still simply amazed that it is nearly impossible to find contractors that can communicate and show up. I seriously need new floors and some bathrooms remodeled in our house.

They also charged me for cleaning. When the heating season came, I had the gas turned on, I called C1 again to get my boiler turned on. They still couldn't bug quitedc me to replace both valves for $4k or get a new boiler for $8500. OHA was the second company came to give me a diagnostic. Mr Bryan discovered that the water pipes were completely empty and found a spot on the radiator where the pipes were disconnected. No wonder the boiler won't turn on! However, OHA doesn't repair radiator pipes so he left me this valuable information without charging me a penny! I found a 3rd company came to repair the valves and saved thousands from the 1st company. Forever thankful for Mr Bryan!
