My fiance and I purchased our first home last year, and the basement flooded twice. It had no sump or drain system in place. Besides the flooding, we were consistently getting 'seeping' of water through the cinder blocks because we are on the side of a mountain. Nathan came out for a very thorough consult, and did a great job of explaining the possibilities and options for drain systems. He was honest and answered all of our questions. This was the ONLY company out of 4 that explained how we might have a monolithic foundation, and how it needs to be treated differently for safety purposes and to maintain the stability of the home. It turned out when they began to work, we did have a monolithic foundation, so the system had to be placed a little bit differently. The employees did a great job of installing the system, and answering all of our questions afterwards. It was also very appreciated how they were able to install a vapor barrier in our crawl space during the same week (we did not realize initially that they would also be able to provide this service.) Barbara worked with us to establish a payment plan that worked for us, which was extremely helpful and appreciated because we were paying for a few major projects at the same time. We have had the system installed for about 7 months now, and everything has been working great. We have reached out a couple times with questions/concerns, and usually deal with Sal. He has always answered promptly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Thank you!

I thought they might be beyond saving, but Anthony and his team were amazing. They carefully sanded and stained the hardwood, and the floors now look absolutely beautiful--like new again. On the second floor, they removed old carpeting and installed vinyl laminate, giving the space a clean, modern feel. They also tackled the stairs, removing the carpet, sanding the treads, and staining them to match the rest of the woodwork perfectly. Their attention to detail and professionalism throughout the process really stood out. Anthony was easy to work with, communicative, and genuinely cared about the final result. I highly recommend Deluxe Wood Floors to anyone looking to restore or upgrade their flooring--you'll be thrilled with the results.
