This business has no understanding or compassion of the current Covid environment. My daughter's school had a last minute cancellation, they literally send an email at 9PM at night saying school is closed for the next week due to covid exposure, and Dunn charged me $100 for having to cancel my sessions that week. Totally unacceptable, I would stay away from here and I will be letting my doctor know not to recommend them as well. I can't control the schools schedule and this just adds salt to the wound. read more

Needs some Rehabilitation for itself. I had a recent hernia repair that caused me to hit the reset button on my very physically fit lifestyle. My doctor recommend an option for Physical Therapy to ease back into exercise and to make sure that I protected my repair since it can take almost a year to fully heal. I was recommend to this location by a friend of mine who had a similar injury. When I initially called Dunn and Associates I was greeted by a receptionist that was very friendly but not informative. I kept asking questions like what to expect, what to wear, and how much my insurance would cover for the service. Even though I gave my insurance information over the phone and describe my reasons for physical therapy, I was told that all information would be addressed in my initial consultation. When I arrived for my initial consultation I was told it was actually my first therapy visit and I would have to pay my copay. I was extremely put off by this, because I made the appointment before work and was dressed in a skirt and office jacket. I was not prepared to pay or participate in a session. I even commented to receptionist that when I made the reservation over the phone she should have instructed me on what to bring and that money would be due. It was not that I didn't expect a cost, but I would have like to known the price so I could save my money or even postpone my first appointment so I could pay at time of service if the amount would have been substantial. I have had two physical therapy sessions so far. Most of the therapy is related to Pilates and protecting the core. I receive very detailed instructions and handouts for me to practice moves at home. They constantly ask me to have weights and a small ball at home, but I keep telling them they should offer this as apart of their rehab service since it is required for my at home therapy routine. I have seen some improvements with movements and think that the therapy is really helping me in getting back to shape. I am still bothered that this office just seems generally disorganized when I arrive and on communicating what is expected about the therapy process. I could not imagine being older and not understanding what was needed to get the best results from my therapy. I am happy with the Physical Therapist I have, but feel like all the non medical staff needs to learn more about the business to have better customer service. The therapists might be good, but the policies are terrible. I got very sick and was told by my doctor to quarantine. I called 15 minutes after they opened to cancel an appointment for the following day and was told that I was 15 minutes past the 24 hour requirement for cancellations. They charged me $50 for the cancellation. THEN, when I cancelled remaining appointments because I was still sick, I called on a Friday to cancel appointments for the following Monday (and all appointments thereafter) and was told I would be charged a $50 fee again. What??? In a world ravaged by a pandemic, this place has a policy to charge exorbitant fees for cancelling appointments, even if you contract COVID. The policy says everything you should need to know about how this place cares about patients and staff. They would rather have money in their pocket than have healthy, safe patients. After I refused to pay those fees, they sent me to collections. With all the choices in physical therapists, choose someone else. You don't want this place emptying your wallet for nothing. read more

I loved and adore this place! From the first day my son stepped through the doors, we were welcomed warmly with open arms. My son broke his Femur bone and we though it would be a long process but after 2 weeks and following the steps given he was out and walking like nothing ever happened. This was a long drive for me, specially because there is one really close by my home. I decided to drive this far because SARAH WAS THE SWEETEST and she made the exercises fun for him. He is usually shy but she made him feel comfortable. I would recommend this place in a heart beat to anyone! read more

This is the third physical therapist I've been to for ongoing back, pelvic, and bladder conditions that cause extreme pain and muscle spasms. I'm extremely impressed and thankful to have found Susan. She really cares about getting to the root of each individual problem and addressing solutions that fit your needs. She introduced me to trigger point needling which has been a life saver for my constant back and neck pain. I'm going once a week for that treatment alone. I work with Dunn Physical Therapy and have also worked with Susan Dunn specifically. I have been very impressed with the level of care they provide for my particular physical issues. I was referred to them by my surgeon who is a leader in the field of colon surgery, and I had issues that I had been struggling with for over a year with no improvement. I had seen another physical therapist who was also fairly good but she did not provide as comprehensive a set of treatments as they provide, and I did not make much progress with her group. With Dunn Physical Therapy I have made significant improvement over the last few months. They are professional, courteous, and engaging. They are willing to take a tough and disciplined line about what needs to be done. They are friendly, which makes the treatment time pass faster, and I think I am receiving the latest advances and most progressive treatment for my condition. I don't often post reviews, but I received such great care that I feel compelled to leave some positive feedback in hopes that others will seek their physical therapy treatment here. Susan Dunn and her staff do an amazing job. I recently was referred there for treatment and was truly thrilled with the level of care I received. I was fit into the schedule very quickly, never waited long, and the treatment was professional yet performed with the utmost care. My questions were answered, I never felt rushed, and genuine concern was shown in regards to my progress. I will absolutely be going back to Dunn & Associates for any physical therapy needs I have and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a best-in-class experience.
