Things were fine, except years later, when I sold this house, there's an unpaid Electric bill $108, which was said by the Electric company that's from 10+ years ago seller's unpaid final bill when I purchased that house.
Electric company also said: there should not be any unpaid amount when the house sold since Electric company will provide every piece of info when it was requested for a house closing sale.
It seems like Mr. David Burstein didn't put that final bill amount into the settlement for closing.
And, then, when the Electric company did not receive the amount after closing date, Electric company put that amount into the house but I didn't know this until this house was sold.
The previous seller won't pay for any final bill since the house was already sold and so they don't have to be responsible for any unpaid amount, of course, because they're not the house owner anymore.
Mr. Burstein's office has no any answer for my email inquiry for this issue.
And, in the past years, it seems it was someone from Mr. Burstein's office, or might be Mr. Burstein self, brought negative wording to the community, like: that the house's previous seller's died, so, no one from the seller's family would pay for the final bill because of the previous owner death.
Some possible even worse wording, such as: deceased... Is this a kind of curse on that house which I lived for 9+ years?
If I knew this, I won't work with Mr. Burstein for the second time, a small piece of lot in Springfield, MA, which also was with a similar issue when closing. Fortunately, the previous seller was a local business and they assisted me to figure out that issue, which also should be responsible by Mr. Burstein. While I still remember, Mr. Burstein sounded so rude that he would charge me extra fees, if he'll work on fix that issue, no matter that issue was caused by his either negligence, or purposely, which he should be responsible for fixing it with no charge for me.
Not recommended, if you don't want this happen to you.
