Dr. Dunlap's office is a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Always greeted with smiles right when I walk into the building. 5 years ago I injured my low back and sought out medical help from a different chiropractor to only find no solution. I was then recommended to give Dr. Dunlap a visit (5 years later after injury). I am not the type of person to understand anything medical, but he sat down with me and broken everything down, explaining it very well. I left my first visit feeling very well informed. He promised me that he could fix me and that it would take about twice a week for 6 weeks. Today I ended my 6 week program with him and he kept his promise to me, I no longer experience any sharp pains, let alone discomfort in my lower back. I had been told by more than one orthopedic surgeon that I needed lower back surgery. The only other alternative they offered were epidural steroid shots which I had 3 with no positive results. I was just about at the end of my rope and I remember thinking that their had to be a better way. I saw a commercial from Dr Dunlap on TV explaining decompression therapy so I thought that I would give it a try, and I am so glad that I did. I was in excruciating pain and was having difficulty walking, standing or any other type of activity. The decompression therapy worked wonders and even though it took a few treatments to see results, it works and is a whole lot less expensive than surgery. Worst place ive ever had care from. Setup an app. With dr dunlap, asked reseptioist if he adjusted on first visit , she replied Yes, went in watched a video, dr had me walk down hall and looked at my posture, the took xrays, left me sit for 30 min then cam in and said he could fix me, took me into another room, told me to lay face down on bench, so i did, he the proceeded to tell me that the olympic athlete do this and pro football, he broke out and agressive vibrator, vibrated my back for about 10 min then said there u go, walked me to front desk, charged me $50, and then charged my insurance $273, she set me up an app. , i left and called and cancel, he the called me the following week wondering why i canceled i gave him a piece of my mind , told him that i didnt think he could help, he then saud that he didnt have a chance to look at my xrays at the time, and i saud well why did u say u could help me without reading them, he proceeded to get me to come in i hung up on him, just yesterday i fot a check from them for $9.50.
