All I can say is WOW!…read more I got a horrible haircut in January and I really couldn't take it anymore. I wanted someone ANYONE to help me and just fix the mess and after checking out the most recent reviews and seeing they take last minute appointments AND were open on a Monday I quickly scheduled an appointment and was taken when I arrived. A younger girl with glasses took me to her station asked me what was the problem or what I wanted and took me to have my hair washed. She was super friendly, super understanding and as nervous as I was, she totally understood what my issue was. When I am nervous, I talk and talk and talk and she did not make it uncomfortable for me. Wonderful experience equally as wonderful haircut and my hair smells so delicious. It wasn't until I got home, but I saw I had a coupon for products. I definitely will be back and will make sure to buy some of the products that made my hair smell so good.

Don't get your haircut here. The business refuses to update their scheduling. You'll find your time…read moreslot shifted all over the place. You'll get a notification to be in the store in five minutes when initially youbwere told to be there in 40 minutes. Same problem on the other side of the coin. They say be there in five minutes and then you are waiting forty minutes. You MIGHT get a good stylist and their service members are kind. But this business is mismanaged against its customers. The price point is too high to deal with their ridiculous bufoonery. GET AN UPDATED SCHEDULING SYSTEM PLEASE WHERE YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR A SPECIFIC TIME AND EXPECT THE SERVICE TO BE GIVEN AT THAT TIME. OTHERWISE YOU ARE WASTING IMMENSE AMOUNTS OF TIME FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS AND YOUR BUSINESS WILL EVENTUALLY HAVE TO CLOSE. P.S. the only saving grace for this store are the workers and stylists.

I see that they are rated at 1.7 stars and I am confused at how they could be rated that highly. I will never request a haircut at Sport Clips again. Then he points at another man who is sitting on the couch and says "I'm take him before I take your son" So I said "Then we can reschedule". Because we had somewhere to be at 6. I walked out of the establishment and he charged my card for a cancellation fee. Had I been a man and not a woman, this clearly wouldn't have happened.
