I have only been here once and was confused about where to order because there's 3 different locations inside where I assume you order? No staff was at the register where you first walk in and I waited for a couple of minutes but nobody came to take my order, so I went near the bakery section where there were more employees and not a single person acknowledged me. I saw a couple walk in to the register where I originally waited at and noticed a girl taking their order so I went back and waited in line. When it got to my turn, the girl immediately walked away. She didn't acknowledge me until I said something. The overall impression I got from her wasn't very welcoming because when I thanked her after getting my order she turned to the girl next to her and gave her a look, no "have a good day!" Or "no problem!". I have worked in the food industry and understand that it can be stressful so maintaining a cheerful attitude all the time can be difficult but for my first time here it definitely made me feel a bit uncomfortable.
