Hit or miss No one listens in there. You have to reiterate your order a thousand times. Its just a convenient location Half the time the hash browns are not done The croissants are dry. It overall sucks. Location is it for me. Thats it. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you place a mobile order, be sure to know your order # bc giving your name apparently is not enough. Mobile ordered an ice coffee and a lemon loaf ($3.59) they were out- fine. Can I get 2 donuts instead? Women tried to argue that I can only get 1 ($1.40), how does that even make sense? Don't recommend. Would never come here again. Would def recommend the DD by UDHS- friendly staff and always makes everything right. read more

Worse service ever! I stopped going to this DD for years because of it. Figured I would give it another try. Ordered a med ice coffee w/ whip cream and the guy wanted to charge me. I order the same iced coffee EVERY SINGLE DAY from DD and no one has ever charged me for whip. It's not the .50 or so cents, it's the principal! I explained it to the cashier (a woman) and she was nice enough not to charge me, even when I insisted but the guy taking orders needs to be fired bc I think he was the reason why I stopped going there years ago. I may go back if in extreme dire need of a coffee but I highly doubt it. read more

The worst dunkin on the planet. Atrocious wait times. Disgraceful people. Filthy. Rude. Slow. Not even for free coffee for life would I come back to this location. Ew read more

it was horrible I had an iced coffee and it had no sugar no ice no caramel and it tasted water down when I asked for a iced coffee they gave me a hot coffee and I had to re ask them and then they got it right and when i tasted it it had no sugar or caramel or barely any cream I will never get dunkin from this location again and I LOVE dunkin, this is not the first time they messed up my drink. read more

The lady is miserable every single time and she lies about not having a bathroom (debadged the door) and then when you ask the other workers they will lie and say they locked the key in it. All 3 occasions multiple months apart so I'm guessing they never let anyone use their bathroom and I'm pretty sure it is a law in Pa if you serve food in a place you must have a th room or else you have no way of cleaning your hands and it's just down right uncomfortable. I love Dunkin' Donuts so I'll give 1 star for that and a star for it being clean. read more

I swear this is the worse establishment that I've ever been too. The workers are not nice and can hardly understand me, and then get my order messed up on top of that. The drinks are not sweet at all and the food isn't all that great. read more

I mean they are so rude! They are always out of things and let you stand in the freezing cold because they won't open their stores! Instead have you at the drive through! Won't recommend this place at all. read more

Pulled up to the window. Without letting me say hi lol, she told me credit cards aren't working. I asked if could try and what do you know? It worked! Wow the service from this place. Ridiculous. Also illegal to not take legal tinder (currency) no matter the form. read more

Slowest service ever. Even in the drive thru it takes 10 minutes. Your order is not even started when you get to the window that's when it's not busy read more

Let me say "I LOVE DUNKIN DONUTS!!". But not all D & D's are created equally, I go to this one because it is close to where I live. But time and time again after going through the drive- thru... well you know what" Leo Gets" said in Lethal weapon 2. I have been putting off writing this review for a month hoping things would get better, WRONG! everything from stale bagels that are real chewing after they toast them to cold bagels that have been pre toasted just to meet the morning rush and they act like nothing is wrong. Today was it, all I wanted was one med. cup of french vanilla coffee with cream and sugar. When I got to work I took a sip of regular coffee cream no sugar 3rd time this week. Not to mention that when I went in the afternoon and ask for decaf....."sorry none made" that happened 2x's this week alone. Where do u think the best D & D is in Upper Darby? read more

First of all I love Dunkins coffee. Its made me turn my nose up at everybodys favorite WaWa. Their donuts are decent ( points off for oversaturation of locations and not making them on the premesis anymore) The supreme omelette with bacon is one of the best breakfast sandwiches out there. The location i chose is not the one i go to, but closest to it. i work at the 69th st Pathmark which is right across the street from a wawa. Coffee runs usually went through the wawa and as i stated before i dont like their coffee flavored tea) there is an exxon on the corner around the Pathmark and earlier this year rumors swirled that they would open a dunkin express inside. We waited and bided our time. They spoke of opening in early June. We would be ready. Then the day came June 4th 2008 . I walked into Path. ready to force down another WaWa brew. A co-worker came over ...the grand opening is today at 1pm.. he beamed. We embraced..tears of joy wetting eachothers shoulders. A look of grave seriousness came over my face... We will be there.. was all i said. The entire day all of our eyes watched the clock. I accidentally made a cake with shaving cream but it mattered not. Without announcement we formed a small army in the back room comprised of the many departments of the store. We linked arms and marched towards the improved exxon. An elderly indian man was putting the finishing touches on the new dunkin. He brewed the first pot of coffee and when it was done, he saw the pot shake Jurrassic Park style. What could that be- he thought. Oh well, it was time to get the scissors and cut the ribbon to open up. The seige of Dunkin was underway. The Dairy Manager fell. Go on without me- he cried we did and to his dismay didnt look back. The indian man and a photographer from the local paper were ready for their photo op when they saw us. I saw his knees buckle but by then it was too late. we Knocked the scissors out of his hand and ripped through the ribbon. The coffee never tasted better and we all went about our business leaving them to pick up the pieces. At least, i think this is how it all went down, im usually drunk at work. read more

Sigh...it can't be that hard to make coffee right? Probably the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've been too. Coffee is always diluted, either too much sugar or not enough sugar, limited donut selections, and not so pleasant employees. If this was a mom and pop donut shop it wouldn't survive. read more

I've always gone there for the location relative to my job. I will no longer support their franchise. They charge .38 cents for one butter, I asked the owner if this was a corporate thing and he said no,I do it to make money. Sorry you just lost a loyal customer . read more

THE WORST! They are so RUDE! Never willing to help customers . Coffee seem to be water down! They get mad when you want to use your coupons like the money coming out of their pockets! And they also get mad when you bring your mugs!! Worst one I've ever been too! read more

I was so mad when I went here on a Sunday to get a coffee. It was 5:50 and the place closes at 6 and the lady working there told me to get out because there closed. Rude service and the lady was lucky that I was in a good mood that day. read more

they have messed up my order 3 times now, every time i decide to give them another chance they mess up again..: called corporate, and the owner called me back... how am i suppose to communicate with someone who i can barely understand.... saw the one worker eating and drinking while serving customers . which is not only gross but i believe against health laws.... bottoms line always check your order when going here , or simply don't go to avoid the hassle read more

Worst dd around. rude employees, know 2 speeds, slow and stop. Never get a coffee order right, rather go to McDonalds

This DD drive thru is supposed to open at 5:00AM daily. I cannot even count how many times at 5:10, 5:15, 5:20, that your employee that works the window is late. This is a weekly occurrence. many people have stopped going there because they are so sick and tired of DD never being open. myself and my co-workers go to Wawa, because they are open when we want our morning cup of coffee. start hiring people that can come to work on time.. read more

This drive thru DD is never open at 5:00Am. She is never there on time. So many people have gotten disgusted and now we go elsewhere. Certain items are not rung up, so I'm guessing it goes in her pocket. Little by little you are losing customers because they are sick and tired of the drive thru not being open when it supposed to. Get a. Employee who is there on time. read more

This is the absolutely WORST DD I have experienced. They are rude, slow and when it is convenient for them....they "don't fully understand the English". They refused to honor the Eagles win on Sunday November 8 by giving me a free coffee. The younger one just walked away from the window saying " don't know what Eagle you are talking about". Once the older women came to the window, she said I would have to prove they won or come back at 11 am, but she will give me a medium coffee for $.99.....I will be contacting the corporate headquarters!!!...The WORST!! read more
