Rude customer this morning getting mouthy with a very busy staff member.. ..Staff member handled them very professionally and as promptly as possible! I love this store! Always happy and smiling staff, clean and welcoming!! I refuse to get coffee anywhere else!! read more

Probably the best dunkin around. Always makes my drink right, very few times it was messed up.

The food is good but, the way the managers treat the employees is DISGUSTING! It almost seems as if she has some sort of secret animosity towards the female employers specifically. Every time I am at the Dunkin and see this manager she is always nice to the men but weird towards the females. I am saying this from a customers perspective so the behavior is disgusting. I once even heard her cursing at one. This same manager she is a bit on the heavier side and has black hair & light skinned. She also has terrible customer service and has attitude towards the customers. I just feel as if there needs to be a re training with the customers because every other Dunkin in the area is professional and none of them act like the Dunkin on mulberry street. An evaluation from the higher ups need to be taken. They need to be a secret customer one day so they can truly see how this Dunkin runs. Which is poorly and sickening. read more

Walked in with a mobile order with my friend and we both ordered coffee and a sandwich. My sandwich came out first and it was cold, cheese not melted and just not toasted at all. My friend got her coffee, which tasted bland even though she gets sugar, there was no taste of it. We waited an extra 10 minutes to get my coffee and her food. Once her food came out, it was also cold. Her hash browns were the crumbs of them, the ones you scrap off the bottom, not a single one in tact. Just lack of effort in the food in general. read more

The customer service here is awful. They were very busy when I went with my kids and we were patient and understanding of that but just to be met with rude interactions with every staff member, MAJOR attitude, talking about us behind the counter very obviously, the staff member that took our order was cursing in front of my kids at the register, the food and drinks are terrible all a very rushed job and they seemingly had many people on shift which shows just poor or lack of management. I wouldn't be surprised if they spit in my child's drink. They are AWFUL!!!! The dining room had about 3 tables with one chair available at the only open table and it was all filthy. The quality of everything at Dunkin has gone downhill bad especially at this location. read more

always forget part of my order either drink or food and when i go over to ask about it they avoid me and won't approach me to answer my question. read more

Step into the worlds rudest and most ridiculous Dunkin'. The employees here are awful and I cringe that people have to interact with them. The manager with the dark hair and condescending attitude is problematic and probably shouldn't be in the position she's in. read more

Great service workers thank you, enjoy a morning coffee and view to start my morning off with some good coffee

Pumpkin donut was fresh and not overly sweet. Counter help gal was working her tail off, and was yet very friendly.

I went to this dunkin a few days ago and i was seriously disappointed. I ordered a drink and a bagel. figured they couldn't mess up a basic bagel. they did. Service sucked and my drink tasted sour for whatever reason. when i opened the bag that had my bagel in it, the napkins were crumbled up like they were used. not to mention the crack head that was outside the place. really wanted to like this place cause i'm in the area twice a week but i just can't. was a waste of money read more

This is by far the worst establishment I have ever visited. I tolerated this Dunkin's nonsense for a few months, but last time I visited, I finally had enough. Went to the drive thru and waited at the speaker to order for about 3-5 minutes and NO ONE spoke to me. I repeatedly, very calmly and kindly, spoke to the speaker asking if anyone was there and got no response. I pulled around, finally, to find a car parked at the window and the person inside the car having a full conversation talking with hands laughing and everything with the person in the Dunkin window. I'm no killjoy, sure, talk, have fun, but I also wanted my coffee and was short on time. What really did it for me was when I pulled around, smiled, and calmly said "Hey! I didn't hear anyone on the mic back there for a few minutes and wasn't sure if you guys were closed so I pulled around. Would it be alright if I just ordered here?" The girl at the window, obviously pissed off I interrupted her social hour, loudly said, "GOTTA PULL AROUND" while shaking her head dramatically. I asked again, " Oh, can't just order here?" I was confused since when I had asked this very question before at other Dunkin Donuts I had not experienced this issue. She again, more aggressively said, "NOPE GOTTA PULL AROUND!" After the bad day I had been having, I gave up on getting my simple black iced coffee since I deemed fulfilling that desire to be beyond the capacity of the incredibly rude. low-motivation, low-intellect simpletons at Dunkin Donuts in Scranton, Pennsylvania. I just said "Ok, then I won't be ordering." She said "OK!" really aggressively and rapidly approached the window as if to start a fight with me or something, and I just drove away. This girl was really pathetic lol. So hard to believe she conducted herself this way while on the clock in front of coworkers! If the manager is reading this, get your terrible college student employees in line. The customer service is HORRIBLE and the coffee isn't even that good! Always tastes burnt, and this is coming from a guy who had ALWAYS been loyal to Dunkin Donuts everywhere I have lived. That's the end of my rant. In conclusion, after wasting hundreds of dollars obtaining by-and-large mediocre coffee from the Scranton Dunkin and tolerating terrible service for a year, I will not return. read more

I am rating my experience based on the fact that i occasionally go around 9 or 10 at night to this Dunkin. We go through the drive thru and sit in the parking lot to people watch (it's Scranton, you can always find interesting people). If you go at this time and pull up in the drive thru, there is a huge delay and the 2 workers are usually talking to each other even on the intercom! Finally when they are done, its like you are the hassle for ordering a coffee and a coolata. They are rude once you complete your order and when you get to the window there is never a hi or how are you just the total and that's it. Yes, the drinks are good but it's not like we order something unknown or fancy. I have gone in only once during the day and the people were extremely nice, I just wish they could have nicer people at night. A job is a job and remember a tip is optional. read more

DO NOT go here if you have any issues with sugar. I have tried to get a correct order out of these people for at least 2 years, they have gotten it right a grand total of 3 times. Good luck calling them back after they run to the break room faster than Sonic the Hedgehog on adderall. Now I know what you're all thinking, "DoN't oRdeR SuCh A cOmPliCatEd DrInK ThEn!!!" Do you know what my order was smartypanties? A Coffee... (ready for this?) with cream and no sugar. There are plenty of other places with coffee and I will tell you to go there instead. Unfortunately the location of this place will assure it continues to stay in business despite its terrible service. Any success this store's GM enjoys can be attributed entirely to its convenience, because it most likely has NOTHING to do with the management. In the interest of improving the situation, and not punishing the ones that are not responsible for this. This was the second shift. read more

Look, it's a dunkin donuts. Everything is the same everywhere. The only thing you can ask for if it's clean, they get your order right, and it doesn't taste like freezer burn. This location met all my chain qualifications!! But! This review is more because the entire place was DECKED out for Halloween. Like, I need this person to decorate my house it is that clever. Thanks Scranton Dunkin, for making my day. read more

Dunkin' - Decorated for Halloween!! - Donuts Near Me - Scranton, Pennsylvania

I Love Donuts. Alright now that that is off my chest I can say this particular dunkin' donuts recently appalled me. The staff had let flies all over the donuts (this was about a month ago or two) and I had just came in and had my eyes on a boston creme donut to watch as a fly landed on the sugar donut next to it. I give it three stars as this was only and instance and maybe it no longer happens. read more

I work across the street from this Dunkin' Donuts. My first and only break from work last night, I decided to go over to Dunkin' to get a bagel sandwich. I go in, order an Iced tea and a bagel sandwich. The employee rings me out and gives me my tea. I sit down and wait for my food. After 15 minutes go by, I finally go to the counter and ask about my sandwich. The employee replied oh let me get that started for you now, and puts on a pair of gloves. They didn't even make it! I replied I'm on my lunch break and need to get back to work. The employee asked want to take a donut at least? I said no I'll just starve and walked out. I was so angry, I just needed to get out of there. I should of got my money back. So I wasted my only break sitting in the store waiting for a sandwich I payed for and never received. I will no longer give my business to this Dunkin. read more

Normally I would give Dunkin between 3-4 stars but this one gets the full 5 because of two things, their friendly staff and they go all out for their decorations for Halloween. As Lauren H said, the entire place is DECKED out for All Hallows Eve which is pretty cool. I am always a big fan of when businesses go the extra mile and decorate for Holidays and the season. A personal touch if you will that separates this location from all the others. read more

Sometimes they mess my order up. No matter how many times I say ICED COFFEE, they give it hot. Depends on the day so I assume it's a particular worker. There's always this group of older worker men there that talk about problems in the world. The men always check out my friend when we go there... Blatantly staring at her. Otherwise, love the coffee. read more

Out of six visits, none have been right or good. Rehire please, or have a manager try to teach.

I've always had a good experience with this dunk in donuts until today. I went and ordered a green tea, they confirmed it with me, and I pulled up to pay for it. When they gave me my tea, I explained that I wanted hot not iced (if I wanted iced I would have said it). The cashier was extremely rude to me and was talking about me to get coworkers while I was sitting right there. Disgusting behavior and will never return, but I guess you can't expect much from a Dunkin Donuts. read more

This is the first time I have ever had a bad experience at Dunkin. The one worker closed the drawers before closing time making our experience very inconvenient, cursed while making our orders, and promptly locked the doors right as we left (fifteen minutes before the store even closed). Overall, I would not recommend this Dunkin to my friends. read more

It takes a lot to get me mad. But I made the mistake of walking there at almost noon time when it was packed. I went in waited in line for like 10+ minutes and then after I ordered I saw everyone that ordered after me getting their coffees. I was like could u check on my order and he said he would but didn't. Even people that came way after me was getting their stuff and leaving. So I went back up and started getting pissed and the guy said we have only so many people and I said yea people that were after me already got their food/drinks and left already. I said how hard is it to make one iced coffee? At this point my blood was boiling then the girl apologized and gave me the coffee. If I could say one thing about this place is it's like zoo. Not organized at all . They were getting all the orders wrong. Manager was yelling at staff loudly in front of customers. Girl taking orders in front was too quiet and didn't thank any customers for tips . Go through drive anymore. Never again will I walk in . read more
