It would be REALLY nice if the family of the ORIGINAL American owners bought it back, but that's probably unlikely. Oh well..they had good donuts, coffee and breakfast food. I wasn't too thrilled with the Brazilian peeps who were the last owners..ugh!

That's 5 minutes for each car. When they gave them the order, I was expecting some huge amount of bags but there was 1 coffee and 2 bags. Both cars. I really can't imagine what could have taken 5 minutes for each car and in the meantime the whole drive in was getting backed up. They should have just told them to pull over and they would bring it out. I will stay clear if this shop.

Customer service is usually fine but last time the employee who rang up my order was clearly new and struggling to figure it out, but was obviously trying very hard to do well. I guess the only problem would be that Dunkin needs more thorough and supportive training because I have noticed this at other locations as well. My favorite things to get here are hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, and the brownie batter and cookie dough donuts that are only sold in February for Valentine's day. In general, I don't think Dunkin' bagels are that great and I'm not a coffee drinker but I've been told that Starbucks and Wawa are much better for coffee. I still like the egg and cheese on a toasted bagel, but there are definitely much tastier breakfast sandwiches at other stores so I usually stick to the chocolate drinks and donuts :)
