Tried this place twice. The first time I walked in around 6pm on a Saturday and started to use the kiosk when an employee yelled from the back "we don't have everything on that menu"...okkkk...so I ask what they had available and it was literally like 3 donuts. Half a dozen stale donuts. Awesome. The second time was drive thru on a Sunday morning. They were out of everything bagels. I went inside to make my order. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes at least 4 people walked past me multiple times no acknowledgement of any kind at all. I I daid anyone working the register a female worker turned with a twisted aggravated look and said (1 minute). Finally another person took my order 1 apple fritter 1 doughnut 1 twice toasted everything bagle. Doughnuts fist bagle quickly 2nd to fast opened bagle not toasted even once light cream cheese. Totally RIP Off zero response after 4 days, complaint sent directly to Dunkin SHAMEFUL RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS. The franchise owner is telling his employees to tell customers Midnight Coffee is blended with regular, I asked when pouring out of regular coffee container. Totally lied to by two different employees. That was Saturday stopped by today asked about Midnight, employee tells me they been out for a week WTH. The mobile order site still has Midnight listed. You owe me 2 XL Midnight Coffee's, shame on the owner of this location. So I have been coming to this Dunkin for a while now. They used to be on my commute to work and I would stop at them regularly. I stopped going to them all together and started going to the Starbucks down the road due to their inconsistency in the quality of their iced coffee. Fast forward, it has been several months since I last visited them and decided to stop since I was in the area and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Well, nothing has changed. I ordered a medium iced coffee with caramel and cream and the cup is 70% ice. This was a consistent issue when I used to come to them. If the cup wasn't entirely ice, then the iced coffee was watery and bitter. My boyfriend ordered a strawberry coolatta which is so bitter it is undrinkable, and has so much ice it's more the consistency of a snow cone. The staff is hit or miss. Some of the staff is very friendly and happy to fix the drink. While other staff is rude and annoyed that you said anything. Half the time even if they do remake your drink it is the same poor quality as the first. I waited a long to write this review as I used to be a barista and understand we all have bad days. But this Dunkin is consistently poor quality and seems to have made no efforts toward improvement. Save your money and go to one of the other Dunkin's in the area. read more

Don't waste your time coming here. The service is absolutely horrible and it takes forever to get your order. I don't know where they recruit their employees from, but hopefully they find a new temp agency. We've ordered from there maybe three times & the wait has been ridiculous and they've screwed up the order every time. The first couple of times we gave them the benefit of the doubt because they'd just opened, but instead of getting better they've gotten worse. The icing on the cake is the attitude of their workers. They act like you're bothering them by being there and get nasty with you when THEY screw up the order (again, every order has been messed up)! It amazes me that they stay in business with the p!ss poor attitude of their employees and their inability to get an order right. This is the Allen Park location on Southfield Rd. I go here every morning between 8 and 10, and they are always so quick and polite. Their food is as good as you would expect from a coffee place, and it always makes me feel luxurious. I waited in line for ten minutes only to be lied to. The person took my order for decaf. At the window the employee bold face lied and told me they don't carry decaf. I have ordered it there multiple times. "We are out" should have been said with AN APOLOGY! Now it's Monday morning, and I don't have coffee.
