That wasn't a problem for me - except when I came back, they had sent the wrong shoes. So then I had to wait another two days for the shoes to be sent from Bay City (apparently Saginaw was out). The two days stretched to six days with me calling every two days. No apologies or explanations for the delay. I finally told them to cancel the order, so I could buy the shoes somewhere else. The salesperson's response was "Okay cool! I'll cancel your order". Not one employee seemed to care whether I got my shoes or whether they made a sale. Never going back!!

I had used the…read moreonline portal to schedule an appointment, it sent me a confirmation email and the Name of the Dr. I was with. It also sent me new my information to fill out, which they had. I forwarded my confirmation email to them and still was able to be seen, so that was good. The rest of the appointment went smoothly. Kevin was awesome.
