Went in looking for ammo. Browsed around and found a nice shirt on a $19.97 or less sale rack. Had the shirt and a few other things and went to the cashier. The shirt rang up at $27 some. I told the cashier it was on a $19.97 sale rack. She says she will need to call the manager. Manager says "Well someone could have hung it on the rack.". I said, "Sure, they must have hung all 5 of them on the rack.". Manager says, "Maybe someone put the sign on that rack.". Sure. How many more excuses do you have to not honor your sale price. I went into the store to buy a firearm i am over the age of 21 have a valid ID that doesn't expire till 2025 and still refused to sell me a firearm I called around because he was saying it was illegal to sell with a vertical ID 3 different places laughed at your employee for his stupidity for just not wanting to sell a firearm lost a $400 gun sale plus I was looking at ammo and sights so it could of been more if your employee wasn't a idiot or lazy either one he shouldn't be at the gun counter if he doesn't want to do paper work let's just say y'all lost on a deal and Cabelas made there money ‍ will never be back lost good business read more

Do not shop here unless you carry your receipt and save it with you because they were not to return without a receipt even if it's an item from their store with their tags this is why we go to Dick's and why Dunhams is going out of business almost everywhere!!! Bad customer Service we were also told by the cashier yes we can return it and then when the little skinny jerk of a manager came up Who looks like a mouse informed us no returns without a receipt!!!! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I brought back a Yeti that had a broken lid (my father didn't realize the slider part of the lid was off when he bought it for me as a Christmas present.) They refused to exchange it; all I needed was a functional lid. They told me we didn't buy it there because they didn't carry Yeti lids like that (I don't appreciate being called a liar). I had a replacement lid in my hand to show him AND told him where the Yeti tumblers were in the store. The manager told me there was nothing they could do. Don't come here. They are rude and unhelpful! The manager turned me off to Dunham's completely. I won't be back here again read more

Went in a couple of weeks ago, after my wife saw some good deals on gym equipment on their website. The clerk that greeted me on the way to the back was friendly, and promptly went to check stock in the warehouse... told me to meet him up front. Meeting him up there, I let him know that I'd decided to grab something else big, too. He ran back with another flat cart while the cashier rang me up. Then they both helped me load into my truck. It was everything I'd expect of a well run sporting goods store. Seeing the negative reviews others have posted, it only seemed fair to share my experience. read more

I would give this place a 0 if I could! I went in last night to buy a rifle. They looked me up and down and asked if it was for a gift. First of all, do they ask men if they are buying a gift? Apparently, a woman isn't allowed to buy a gun. I explained it was surprise for my husband, but the gun itself would be mine. The suprise is that my husband would be excited at the thought of me buying a gun to shoot with him. I grew up shooting and love it! They told me they wouldn't sell me a gun. I asked why, and they said it wasn't for me and I wanted to surprise my husband. Again, the gun was for me - not for my husband. They wouldn't even go as far as to give me a background check. They only looked at me and told me that they didn't think it was for me, and they wouldn't sell me a gun. So, apparently, I'm a liar, and a woman isn't allowed to buy a gun. They were rude, discriminatory and I will NEVER shop at a Dunham's again! The best part of the whole situation - they wouldn't sell me a gun, but they were interested in selling the same gun to a man standing 10 feet from me! read more

I walked into Dunham's looking for exercise equipment and quickly found someone to help me out. While i could tell they were very busy and short staffed I was still treated like first priority, I quickly got in and out and even had help getting my equipment into my car. I would recommend this store to anyone for a variety of products ranging from clothing to camping to sporting. read more

Will never shop there . Manager is a joke! Try to exchange or return shoes that hurt my feet after one 8 hr wear . My bf wanted running shoes and we figures I would get another pair that would be better . He getting a pair of running shoes. The manger was like NO ! Return policy is if u wear them outside u cant return. Ok ! How am I suppose to know if they are a good shoe ??? Wear them on carpet ?? A running shoe ? I was not looking for money back . I was willing to work out and exchange. The manager was like u don't have the box ! WELL, it did not come with one . Clearence rack I told him. He did not care to loose my business or my boyfriend's. I will not recommend shopping here. I cannot believe a place which clearly is in a mall that cannot last forever would turn away a customer who is willing to purchase items from them. I live about 40 minutes from there, but it's the nicest Dunhams in the area. I came in for softball cleats, and quickly found some my daughter liked. I walked around the shoe department for a moment waiting to see a customer service rep, so I could get her size to try on. After about approximately 3-4 minutes, I walked to the front cashier and asked for help in shoes. She obliged and called out for help in shoes. At this point everything was fine, but then I walked back to shoes and waited for about 10 minutes. My kids and I made our way back up to the cashier and stated nobody had came and helped us yet. She said she would page her manager back. She came over the PA and asked for Sally(I am not 100% sure that was her name, but sounds correct) in shoes. I walked back to shoes and then heard a different women (assuming it was Sally) over the PA, ask for someone else to come to shoes. We waited for about another 6-8 minutes, AND NOBODY CAME! At this point I was ready to leave, but my daughter insisted on these cleats. 20 minutes and I did not see one worker besides the two cashiers in the building. How do you expect to sell product when nobody is on the floor?!?? I walked back to the front for the third time, and told the cashier that nobody has helped me yet, so she pages someone to shoes... A tall blonde girl was standing back there when we walked back. I said this is my third attempt at getting help with the sizes, and no joke, this entitled girl shrugged her shoulders and stared at me, like it was my problem. I just blew it off because I wanted out of there, and asked for a 8.5 and a 9. She came back handed me the 8.5 and quickly walked back into the employee doors. The shoe didn't fit, and I just sat there wondering if I was getting the 9. We waited for a few minutes, and finally I started knocking on the employee doors. She came up and just said here's a nine, and that was the last time I saw her. I am beyond shocked at how rude she was, and unapologetic. I won't be back to the store..EVER! It was absolutely ridiculous how they could care less that I was a paying customer. Maybe someone should inform the staff that the customers are the reason they get paid. read more
