A new level of incompetence must be defined to truly define the lack of service and care we were treated with. Sub incompetence or negative incompetence does little towards beginning to describe the feelings of rage I suffered after having been held captive for four plus hours. Our feelings of isolation throughout the process align with those of a mad man left alone in a padded room. We arrived with our own financing and checks to purchase the car. Even so my girlfriend was forced to run her credit. Finally by some, miracle we were allowed to leave with a car we had already been approved for. Throughout the process I felt worse than a second class citizen. As if we were trash and that our $60,000 we were paying did not matter in the slightest. My only hope is that the next meteor that strikes earth lands directly on this car dealership so I can rest in peace knowing that no other human will have to be treated with the lack of care and neglect that my girlfriend and I were treated with.

Looks like Shelor did - especially since you did replace 2 of them (she had to buy the other 2). If I lived closer I would come in person & read you the riot act. I bought from you years ago & it wasn't anything like this... what has changed? Grrrrrrr.

They recommended replacing both rear tires -- even though only one was punctured -- and he agreed. Before leaving, he clearly and respectfully asked them to put the good tire (the undamaged one) in his vehicle. When he got home, he discovered they had returned the damaged tire instead. He called the dealership immediately, only to be told that the good tire had already been thrown away. Weeks have passed -- no apology, no tire, no accountability. This is dishonest and unethical behavior, especially toward a young college student who acted in good faith. What they did borders on theft. It's heartbreaking and infuriating to see how easily people in positions of power take advantage of young adults who are just trying to navigate life responsibly. These students are the future of our communities and our country, and yet they're forced to deal with abuse, dishonesty, and complete disregard for fairness and integrity. I strongly warn other students and families: stay away from Toyota Motor Mile in Christiansburg. Completely unacceptable conduct.

I left the dealership and a week later the airbag light came on and "somehow" the seat belt was broken. I was 450 miles away from Chesapeake so I wasn't able to take it back for them to fix what they did wrong, it the. I took my car to a shop where they found out that the seat belt cable got cut, sharply cut, like it was done in porpoise, they think it was done with a bolt cutter. So basically i was afraid of any dealership work ever since but then I went to these other guys in Christiansburg to fix the airbag light, ABS light and actuators "tic tic" annoying sound (I called "my helicopter"). They did a professional job from the beginning. I dropped my car that morning and they called me a couple of times to give me estimates, explained step by step on what they was doing and the car was ready that same afternoon. The price was fair since I was expecting to pay way more and the service was very professional. Good job guys!
