I posted this same review on their Temple office as well because I can reach them at either…read morelocation. I believe the Temple office is the first and main one though. I cannot believe I am the first to review them even though I have been going to them for a long time and they have been open with the same name and address. I have been going to Conlon Tax for over 13 years now. Even though I am located in Grand Prairie, Texas, I still trust this place. Mary has always made me feel completely comfortable that my taxes are being handled correctly and I am not in fear of the IRS coming down on me. She used to work for the IRS so I completely trust her. We tried a local company that my sister recommended in between our time with her and unfortunately my sister was flagged for audit and had to pay back almost every penny she got extra.. Almost $10,000. It was a very painful learning lesson. Where was the local company that did our taxes? Closed and no where to be found... so I decided Fed Ex'ing my taxes to Mary in their Waco or Temple office was worth the extra expense to know it is being done right. We were told that if we were ever audited they would help us and I trust that Conlon would be. They have been open for a long time and hopefully stay that way. One day we will travel down there to actually meet her and say thank you for the peace of mind she has given me and my family. But until then, she will continue to receive my taxes via Fed Ex. Thank you Mary!!!

Gerald was my lawyer for almost 2 years and we only spoke 4-5 times. Each time was less informative than the last. He's extremely lazy (which you'll see come up in most of his online reviews) and very unprofessional. He seems like one of those guys who's just trying to get into the "cool kids" crowd of Waco, which isn't saying much. If you want accurate representation and someone who is willing to fight for you, I'd look elsewhere. There are plenty good lawyers in Waco, this is not one of those.
