He was our first little dog. We did puppy training and then time slipped away. Fast forward a year and we now have an adorable monster who won't listen, tons of anxiety, can't behave on a leash, hates kids......I watched videos, read blogs, tried positive treat training, and in doing so reinforced bad behaviour :(. Enter Laurie. Wow. She listened and talked to us and listened. After ONE VISIT, yes just one visit, we are able to take our Bandit on a walk. I work with him at the soccer fields to desensitized him to kids. He is no longer upset and freaking out. I could cry thinking about how close I was to giving up. We just needed the right tools and I became a leader so he doesn't have to constantly be on high alert. I feel like Laurie didn't just give us control of our dog, she gave us our life back. After working with Alex, we realized that her biggest issue was that she was "over-excited". Alex recommended her to be on anxiety medication which we found was VERY helpful and needed. He also explained to us how to monitor her levels of excitement by using commands and waiting for her to calm down before she became jumpy, nippy and barking. We also realized that we needed to use a muzzle when new people came in and around our 2 year old to make sure she's not nippy with them. All this and the commands gave us huge relief. We had 4 sessions with Alex and have had her for 3 months and we feel so much better. We definitely recommend Alex. He knows what he's doing and he's so kind with the dogs.

Their drop off and pick up hours are very convenient to hit before or after work. When we pick them up they are always tired out from all of the doggie play. We can leave our dogs here when we go on trips and not feel guilty for leaving them behind. Daycare: we haven't used the daycare only services in a very long time but we did when our doggies were younger. With our first dog we would drop him off to play on days when we did group dog training in the evening. Getting out the rambunctiousness during the day helped him to focus more on training in the evening. We would also do the daycare in days when we were having people over in the evening. The dogs would be so worn out from playing earlier in the day and then when visitors came they weren't wired and jumping for guests attention.

Angie took it upon herself to make a decision for me without my consent. She claimed my pup was matted.. bullshit! I comb my pup with a flee comb every other day but because I didn't bring her back in 3 months Angie called herself teaching me a lesson. Really!! Who are you to tell me when to groom my pup. I have 3 dogs that I take there. I will NEVER take any of my dogs there again. Shame on the groomer.
