They also have special offers now and then, worth looking out for the leaflets, the buy on get one free things can work out cheaper than a supermarket at times. A roadside assistance team also operate from Gwalia, you will often see their tow trucks driving like absolute nutters on the roads in the area. I'm sure gwalia thought plastering the garage name on the recovery trucks would make for some good free advertising, but being near enough run off the road by a signwritten vehicle kinda makes you think wtice about filling up there!

Even though they only had one mechanic in that day (due to sickness), they fitted us in within 20 minutes and only took another 20 minutes to fix us up again. They we're kind enough to offer us cold drinks whilst we waited and only charged us £18 for the mechanic's time. We were so grateful for their welcoming and efficient service and would 100% recommend this garage to anyone!

Ballpark £11 to fix or £48 for a budget replacement with balancing and valve inc VAT and old tyre waste disposal. Staff were helpful and friendly, explaining without being patronising. The old tyre was retained and shown to me, and I made payment by credit card. The garage is part of the 'Good Garage Scheme'. All in all a happy tyre fixing experience.

There are some free spots in town, but time limited. Here you can leave your car the whole day for a fixed rate of just 5£. It's a grassy, unpaved area. But that means also that pretty much any car of any size fits here. It was a dry day, so the grassy parking lot wasn't an issue. Location is perfect for the castle, the town or the waterfront. Easy, safe, convenient. A good spot.
