Although we interviewed with firms that were larger, older, and perhaps more prestigious, Red Banyan's leadership seemed bright, alert, and alive. They had what we wanted. Almost a year later - and they have not disappointed. It is clear that this company's culture is effectively dictated from the top down and, as such, is executed from the bottom up by every member of their team. They have learned our language quickly, their creativity is fresh and exciting, they have a strict attention to detail, they pay attention to our industry's issues and sensitivities, and they execute on time.

If your looking for a SMART attorney who cares, will keep you informed and will win - call Daren…read moreRubenfeld! He is the only attorney I tell friends to use without any hesitation. If your hiring an attorney on retainer , chances are its because something is happening that is important, something you need help with because your facing something that is impacting your life and can potentially change the future for your family. Anything dealing with the law is complex and often very scary, the language used is confusing and not necessarily something you can interpret on your own. Over the years I have dealt with so many attorneys for many different reasons. For the most part I've had decent representation but I found that after the initial consultation was over and the retainer was paid, my lawyer usually disappeared behind a closed door . I found most future communications then happened with the lawyers secretary. In the past I had to find out how my case was progressing from the secretary who usually could not answer my questions and would often say "I'll have to get back to you". To hire an attorney who is smart, is a great communicator who personally returns all his own calls has been a wonderful relief. Now add into that someone who cares about his clients feelings and is affordable - its like winning the trifecta in legal representation. The quality I appreciate the most about Daren Rubenfeld is the fact that he genuinely cares about his clients and is sensitive to the emotional drain people suffer when they are dealing with the unknown outcome of a legal battle. Mr. Rubenfeld represented me with my bank mortgage and protected me from a foreclosure. Being one of thousands who had a predatory loan who needed to navigate the road to obtain a loan modification - a grueling journey. He was always sensitive to how the threat of loosing my home could be potentially devastating and assured me that there were always options for me to use to move me forward in a positive way. The process is an emotional roller coaster. But I felt secure in knowing my case would all work out because everything was explained to me every step of the way. I always felt I understood what was happening in my case. I was involved in being able to help make choices regarding possible strategies because options were offered to me as well as the pros and cons of each possibility. I was never was blind sided with bad news because he kept me informed telling me in advance what to expect. It is the only time I felt my attorney cared about my opinion and was sensitive to my fears including the cost of my representation. I knew Mr. Rubenfeld exhausted every option to win my case. In closing the best way I can sum up the service I received would be to say that Daren Rubenfeld worked harder and smarter for me than any other attorney I have ever had, and protected my best interest in every way possible on a budget I could afford.

In SEPTEMBER, I texted her asking when was I finally going to receive the pictures that she made me pay for in advance (NOW I know why she charges up front, like hookers do), she sent a nasty reply informing me that she was on vacation and that she didn't appreciate "being bothered" while she was trying to enjoy her time off. This was after I had ALREADY WAITED FOR FIVE MONTHS. Little did I know that I had THREE MORE MONTHS TO GO.
