They were dispatched and contacted me to advise the arrival time. They assessed the situation, in my case,a 36ft motorhome stuck in the mud off the road shoulder. The guys were pleasant, clean and presentable, and conversed with me in a non-condescending manner. There's a different driver assigned, and she will have him call me. An hour later..another name provided. Told the wrong address. This driver did reach out, and I texted him my GPS coordinates, which, rerouted him. I got home around 1930. Precision Towing put all kinds of other calls before me. This is how they treated me...like I don't matter at all. No discounts..not even a Veteran discount (Army vet here!). I do not recommend.
