There were absolutely no issues with Duck Duck Booth. I was primarily working with Trisha in terms of coordinating what my now, wife and I wanted in terms of background and font and they were even able to add a little cartoon image that we wanted on each of our photobooth pictures. They showed up on time and had adequate props and the whole 9. I loved getting a book/collection of all of our copies. I heard about DuckDuck from our venue's list of preferred vendors. We got married at Coyote Hills Golf Course in Fullerton, CA. When I reached out to them, Trisha responded right away and the entire process from there was very smooth sailing. Pricing was competitive compared to the market and the outcome was exceptional! We loved the photos we received. They came with our chosen backdrop and provided props. Our guests loved it! They also provided us with a scrapbook with all the photos taken during the night which was nice to look back on since we didn't really know which of our guests took photos. They arrived promptly for set up and clean up was seamless. Lastly, the provided an online gallery of the photos about a week after the event. We had Duck Duck Booth at our wedding and words cannot express how much we loved them! It was especially important to us to not have a cheap looking photobooth (there are so many cheap ones out there) and Duck Duck Booth met all of our high standards. I've been to a million weddings and have experienced every time of photobooth - good and bad. I personally thought Duck Duck Booth was the best. I love their open concept and all the fun props. I have to also mention that the photobooth props were all clean and nice. The booth staff was awesome - both professional and fun. Its always nice when they are friendly and fun because it just makes the experience more enjoyable. I was extremely grateful for their friendliness because it just made our wedding that much more enjoyable. Who wants to go to a photobooth where the staff is not smiling? Right?! The photobooth worked the whole night. And I say this because I have been to weddings where the photobooth will stop working or have some sort of technical difficulty. Our photobooth worked all night long and all of our guests complimented it. The photo quality is superb. This was something my husband and I was very particular about. Its better to not have a photobooth than to have one that prints poor quality pictures. Duck Duck Booth's print quality is great! AND the photo comes out quickly! I'm sure some of you have experienced long waits for your photo to come out at other photobooths. Duck Duck Booth's photos are printed quickly. Going back to their professionalism ... they were super easy to work with. As a bride, the last thing you want is a difficult vendor. They were so easy to work with. Oh and after our wedding, we got a link with all of our photos so we could easily download them. Again, high quality! I have absolutely no complaints. They came on time, set up in the right spot, cleaned up at the end of the evening, and just provided excellent service. The formula of every good party used to be: Good food+ good music+open bar= awesome party.... but now its not a party without fun photo booth. Booking the photo booth was very easy to do. Trisha was superb at keeping in communication and allowing me to customize the photostrips. On the day of the party, Mimi set the booth up and helped with the photos. Customer service was excellent. I'm married to the reviewer below and I also have nothing but awesome things to say about Duck Duck Booth!!! We had considered making a DIY version of a photo booth but then you have to find someone to take the picture for you and put in the work of actually making the booth, get a printer, etc. We also considered getting a Polaroid camera, but the camera, in addition to the film, is very expensive. If everyone only took 1 picture, the cost of film alone would have been $1.00 per person! We booked them for our wedding on March 27 aboard Electra cruises and Trish was very prompt at replying to my many emails and answering all my questions! We took photo booth pictures at a friend's wedding a few months prior and enjoyed our experience with them so when it was time for my own wedding, I said we were a referral and they happily offered us a referral discount! The price was definitely cheaper than their competitors. We liked that they offered a traditional, customizable photo strip and that they provide their own props. Their staff was very friendly and accommodating to those who wanted to take multiple pictures. They provide you with a guest book for your guests to sign and they print two sets of prints - one for your guests, and one for you to keep in the guest book. I love the fact that they also provide you with a USB drive with all of your pictures so you can see all the pictures that were taken since some guests accidentally (?) took both sets of prints. The only thing I would change is provide more pages in the guest book so there's more room for guests to sign and attach their pictures. I will happily and whole-heartedly recommend anybody and everybody to Duck Duck Booth! We had a wonderful experience with them!!! read more

AMAZING! We first learned of Duck Duck Booth at our friend's wedding last February. The quality was so good we had to have them for our wedding. The staff was wonderful throughout the entire process. This photo booth service was such a good choice at my brother and sister in laws wedding! Me and my friends had such a blast taking photos at the booth. The reps were so good at making sure the users knew how to take the photos so people were not lost where to look and when the camers was going to take a photo. It was pretty awesome that after taking photos they offered us the chance to write a note to the bride and groom which would go into a scrapbook which I haven't seen in other photo booth services. I wish I could give Duck Duck Booth more than 5 stars. The customer service and quality of our photos were excellent. We used Duck Duck Booth for photo booth services when we got married in December. When I reached out to Trisha, she was quick to respond and within 2 days, we had booked them. She reached out to me closer to the date of our wedding and helped with the design of the photo strip. They came to our venue during the ceremony to set up so by the time the reception started, our guests could mingle and also take photos. They also provided all the props (so cool!). The only regret I have is that my husband and I were so busy with our wedding that we did not get a chance to take any photos.
