It's a smaller shop, but everything is kept really organized and neat (it's even got "themed" areas, so things are placed similarly for whatever your taste). The prices are higher than other gift-type shops, but the products are so unique and well-made, it's worth the extra few dollars. I browsed around on my own, but the woman working made sure to be available if I needed any help- and I'm sure she would be awesome at helping narrow down what you're looking for if you aren't quite sure. Lots of variety, and ample parking behind the shop. I definitely will be back!!

She had verbally agreed up front to not confine me to a time element-I was not requesting unsold items to be returned only the monies earned. She refused to pay the monies or offer any type of compromise in good faith. She literally yelled at me to leave the store.Really bad experience- not expected in a small shop where customer service is so important for success.

The staff stated "yes that is possible to have it delivered Friday morning. I just received a call and was informed it would be between 2 and 3 pm. I explained we were promised that it would be delivered this morning. They stated "that is wasn't possible". I also mentioned it was to be delivered after the Port Rowan deliveries this morning". I was informed "that our couch is being delivered after Port Rowan's deliveries". I was offered for them to do my couch between 1230 and 130 pm. I stated "that doesn't help me out either as I required sleep to function late into the evening/night". So therefore I have left my delivery time for between 2 and 3 pm. I now have to get my parents involved to be here for my couch to be delivered. So not impressed as I can't change my hours of work to accommodate my couch to be delivered. Thank God that I have parents that can help my husband and I out in these kind of situations. I am so frustrated. I am not from the United States as it indicates on underneath my Name.
