I got the same lady answering the phone for all these Swords taxis(and hackneys). The website said all kinds of positive things even gave me a rate. The lady ,on the other hand said the web site was being worked on and out dated. Really? All of them? So, it didn't matter who I called. Twice i got the same old guy who wouldn't even get out of his cab to open the trunk and help with luggage until we asked. First time he added 3euro at end that we were not aware of. Second time he also added one euro because we used a credit card. Funny that the phone lady did not tell us that when i asked her which payment was preferable. Even stranger that the one euro didn't show on my receipt. Cab was not clean. Not impressed.

I repeatedly received texts saying my taxi was cancelled. rang a further 3-4 times & the guy was so rude. I asked him to try & get us 2 separate taxi"s he said he'd try but we would have to pay for both )€64 instead of €34.. At 5.15am one taxi arrived and myself & children took that. My husband had to stay behind. He rang , same guy rude & couldn't confirm a time for pickup. At 5.30 taxi showed up. Nearly missed flight, children very upset. Not the ideal start to our holiday. would never use again & the guy on phone was so rude, he shouldn't be allowed deal with customers directly Avoid!!!
