Do not use this company, they lied and told me my daughter was approved for a mortgage. I was there…read morewith the $450.00 for an appraisal they said they needed for closing. They showed me the contract, the amount of her payment with the company she was approved with (pending insurance and tax information). A few days later she gets a call... she has not been approved but might be if she pays off 6,000.00 worth of student loans. Now they refuse to give back the money I paid for the appraisal ... one I would not have paid for if I had not been told in no uncertain terms she had been approved. Of course the owner has some legal wording in fine print of the contract that she says covers her from not having to give it back. THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH. ..Oh, and I forgot to mention my name is not on the contract and yet they showed me the entire legal deal.
