I hired ClickIt Social for SEO and marketing support. They locked me into a 12 month contract and completely screwed me over. At first, they were moving my site from one host to another. They convinced me that this was necessary for SEO (which I agreed with)... but it took them over 4 months! I was reaching out to their team constantly trying to get the ball moving, but they kept dragging me along. Always have an excuse about one thing or the other. I tend to always give people the benefit of the doubt, so I believed them... but I kept having this feeling like they were not being honest. Art, the sales guy, kept reassuring me that "this is how the process," "everything is fine," again I believed him. Once they finally got my site moved over to the new platform, they were beginning "SEO." Again, this dragged out for a few months. I was told "this person" would be my point of contact... then "this other person"... They would provide a few crumbs of work, again stringing me along. Finally, after 7 months I had enough. I did research on my own, found my own web guy, and asked him to take a look at what they were doing with my site. Right away, he was able to show me how they hadn't even set up the basic SEO for my home and about me pages - the 2 most important for a site! He also showed me how they were posting blogs for my site wrong, not following simple SEO rules, just using ChatGPT copy, not editing at all. After finding this out, I asked to get out of my contract. I provided evidence to support what they DID NOT do "according to our contract"... They didn't even argue, they just sent me an email with the "early contract cancellation fee" I now owed them. This company is awful. I have since decided to do my SEO myself and I have learned so much about simple things they weren't doing. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They will try to sell you, but they are not trustworthy at all.

I do marketing for a very busy Las Vegas venue that DOES require Google Ad Word and retargetting campaigns. The company I represent would rather outsource this need - as it is easier to delegate the responsibility to a group dedicated to your success. When I first took over the position of Marketing Manager, I DID question Levy AND our budget (which is thousands a month). I was in the process of reviewing all of our marketing affiliates - as a fresh pair of eyes. I requested a meeting with Levy and the company president. My company president sat on the group call as I grilled the Levy representatives. I'm a Vulcan - straight to the point with NO emotion. I expect a logical answer and not sales "magic numbers" fluff in response to my queries. This team picked up my "character" quickly and gave me the answers to my questions with no stammering in addition to the courtesy I expect - as this IS something I offer my customers / working team too. I am a web designer / graphic designer / marketing goddess - I am extremely particular about branding. I appreciate that Levy is on top of getting approval for "next months" campaigns without me needing to send them emails for creative requests etc. I have too much to do have to remind people to do their job. When Levy submits their creatives for approval, their team is VERY responsive about any corrections addressed and... they take direction well. #truth I will send back their creative with photoshopped red circles & instructions. I have facepalmed myself SO many times when working with other people/companies. I have often asked myself if I need to supply a pop-up coloring book in order for them (other companies) to understand the well laid out instructions I offer. Numbered bullet points on a word doc to match red circles on your creative with numbers text next to it isn't easy enough? Hello, match the numbers! Sometimes I'll put the text on the creative if there isn't too much to correct, other companies STILL get it wrong. THEN I'm charged for multiple corrections - when, honestly, I could do it myself. It takes me more time to get the correction done, than if I had made the creative myself - with other companies/people. This is why I'm thankful Levy is easy to work and communicate with. The "follows direction well" is a BIG plus for me. In business, I absolutely loath repeating myself and finding new ways to communicate something basic / simple so the person on the other end can understand my requests. I do not have this issue at all with Levy. They've been working with the company I represent for years and has been dedicated to their campaigns. When I came on board, I brought a long history of design, web, marketing, and S.E.O. experience with me. The team at Levy understands the direction I want to go. This is ALSO highly valued. We are launching a new campaign for a new venue. I look forward to dominating the market, because that's what I do. I am *inserts surfer term* stoked to have Levy on this project!
