Do NOT use this company, appraiser Don arrived without confirming arrival, asked to go in crawl space above garage, did not have his own ladder and used mine, I do NOT appreciate someone who arrives to do a job and is unprepared and was PAID HANDSOMELY. Asked if all the appliances work, no, of course not, they are JUST FOR DECORATION, rude and seemed 'bothered' to have to do his job. NEVER turned on a faucet or flushed a toilet so I guess RUNNING WATER is OPTIONAL. USELESS read more
