Last Sunday 10/15/2023 I submitted an offer and my offer was received the very next morning. I was referred to Mr. Bailey by my realtor- who boasted of his services- and when I called he immediately made himself available for a home inspection for the very next day Tuesday 10/17/2023. When we spoke by phone he was professional in explaining the services he provides, he was accommodating with both my realtors and I schedule and he was very knowledgeable of the Suffolk county area. When we met Mr. Bailey, he was very pleasant and greeted my husband and I with a smile. Shortly after conversing and becoming acquainted with one another -we stood in front of the home and he explained all that he'd do both in and outside the home. Along the way he showed us certain things and gave us feedback concerning what he was checking and what he had noticed. He was thorough, and wasn't afraid to get his hands and knees dirty. After the inspection he answered all of our questions and gave us insight as to what to anticipate on our inspection report. He wished us the very best of luck as we departed. He even communicated with us via text message the very next day (Wednesday) and confirmed our inspection report was complete and uploaded to our NACA portal. Mr. Bailey is professional, detail-oriented and a great communicator. I would highly recommend anyone reading this to give his company the opportunity to assist with your HOMEOWNERSHIP experience. He is honest, thorough, respectful and knowledgeable about his expertise. Hands down he has a client for a lifetime. I'm sharing with all my friends and family. He exceeded our expectations and I'm certain he will do the same for you.
