INCREDIBLY DISSAPOINTED! BE WARNED!…read more We scheduled a service call for March 24th, 2026 and were told that the technician would be there in the afternoon and would call on his way. We took off work and waited. Text messages came assuring us they were on their way several times, only to get a voicemail later that they should have scheduled it early in the morning since there were 3 air conditioners and wouldn't make it. I called back, rescheduled for today April 14th. I received a text message this morning letting me know I was on the schedule and that they would be in contact with us when the tech was on his way. By 11:00am I had heard nothing. I contacted them (all done through AI mind you) and they said they heard my concern and someone would be coming out still today. At 3:00pm I contacted them again and they said now, the gentleman that was scheduled to come out here was stuck and couldn't come out until tomorrow...So do you think they were actually going to come out tomorrow? The answer is no. I live in a rural town which they CLAIM to service but its only if you are convenient. Poor planning, poor scheduling, they will drop you for their higher paying jobs. They don't care to lose your service because they can't keep up with it anyways. Take my advice and call someone else. Insincere. Diengenous. Should probably higher some real people. Now certainly wouldn't trust them to do a good job and not rush to something else.

Check this out! First of all I am a carpet cleaner. I live in Los Angeles and was visiting my…read moreaunt. I had a situation years ago where I had to use another carpet cleaner before while out of town. Who else do you turn to but YELP. Even though it was a holiday (The 4th of July), High Class was available. I called all around the Bay Area searching for someone to come help with the fireworks we saw in my aunts living room. I needed someone to remove the vomit my cousin threw up on the carpet. I have met and used the services of another guy in the area before, but they were not available either. I spoke to the owner Curtis about our needs and concerns of the kids running around the house. I didn't want them to track it further through the house. He listened and said he would come out himself with an employee to help us out. I kept everyone away from it during our party. Now he and his staff were with their families as well. However, like the fire department High Class knew they were in the business of helping people in need. I called at about 1250pm.................Curtis and his team arrived in uniform at exactly 125pm. Our family was very surprised by the timeframe. 35 MINUTES! After the job I told him I was a Carpet Cleaner as well. He smiled and said, "Really?" I explained that it was no joke and that I live out of the area. We spoke briefly and I let them return to their families. What a pleasure to see and meet good people of my trade. They met every expectation of HIGH CLASS including they were friendly, very professional, thorough, and removed all odors associated with the stain. BRAVO! With no further a do...........The Bay Area trophy goes to HIGH CLASS CLEANING COMPANY!

He made sure to take the time to answer all of our questions and to guide us through the entire process start to finish. The great service didn't stop with just him. Tyrone was also so very helpful. He was training a new gentlemen during several of the visits to my home. He was very purposeful and professional even while training. We will say until we are blue in the face just how truly thankful we are for Brad, Tyrone and everyone we have dealt with at Serv Pro of Madison County. The respect they showed us and our home was top notch. I was shocked to see people who genuinely seemed to care about our situation as much as we did, plus to care about getting our home right again. It is so rare now days to have a company show genuine concern. Too many are just out for the quick buck. Even Amanda answering the phones was helpful. The communication from everyone was excellent. No question of mine was unanswered and I NEVER felt as if I was bothering them. We hope to not need their service again but believe if we do we will call them over anyone else. I wish more Brad could offer training classes on customer service to other businesses. Amazing!

I rarely complain about a service company, but I feel I need to share my experience with MPE…read moreServices--an experience that still haunts me like an unfriendly ghost. I had used MPE for years to service my HVAC unit, and during a routine annual maintenance request, my system was working perfectly. Not a hiccup, not a rattle--just smooth, quiet air like a well-behaved appliance should be. I was told annual servicing helps keep the warranty active, so I scheduled it. They quoted me a price, then offered a discounted combined price for an additional year of service, which I prepaid. Easy, right? Oh, if only. When they arrived, they informed me they found a faulty fan. This was news to me, considering the fan was working just fine before they touched it. But okay--I agreed. The part was under warranty, and I paid the labor and service fee. After replacing the fan, the unit immediately began making a much louder noise--like it suddenly decided to audition for a metal band--and then the entire system quit working. Dead. Silent. Except for my wallet about to cry softly in the background. I called them back, and after a second look, they said I now needed a new valve part... a very expensive valve. They also "adjusted" the fan to reduce the noise, which was kind of like putting a band-aid on a broken leg: appreciated, but not useful. So, to recap: they serviced my perfectly good unit, and I ended up with a broken unit, a big repair estimate, or the option to buy a brand-new system from them. Amazing upsell strategy, if nothing else. At this point, I'd had enough and called another company. These new folks discovered that someone had pinched a wiring harness when the side cover was opened and closed--basically creating problems out of thin air. They also told me the fan was installed improperly and incorrectly adjusted. As in... the fix needed fixing. They got it working again, though at a significant cost. At this point, all I wanted was distance between me and MPE--preferably several zip codes' worth. But of course, the saga wasn't over. This week MPE called, cheerfully wanting to schedule the next prepaid maintenance visit. I explained everything that happened. They seemed entirely unfazed, as if I had just told them my favorite color instead of detailing the HVAC equivalent of a horror movie. I asked for my money back for the prepaid service, and they refused. So, here I am, sharing my little HVAC adventure so no one else has to go through the same chain of chaos these folks put me through. If my story saves even one functioning fan from a tragic fate, it will have been worth it.
