That is unprofessional, distressing and disrespecting the client. Furthermore, she sent discovery in an unencrypted email. Horrible! I don't think this is the right career for her. Lastly, attached are 2 email notices. One says I do need to appear and the other says no appearance at 436pm the day before I must appear. She withdrew from my case due to me asking valid questions, making her aware that she should of known about the plea deals as well as saying something about the discovery sent via unencrypted email.
