I had the unfortunate situation of needing legal help. I was so worried I wanted to vomit. I…read morecontacted Mr. Clark's office and spoke with Analy. She was so kind and really helped calm me. She let me know Mr. Clark was on vacation and would be in touch with me on Monday. He took the time to call me on his much needed vacation. He told me it would be ok. He was so kind. He honestly made me feel better. True to what they said, everything was fine and my case was dismissed. I can't say enough good things about this team of experts.

I could not recommend Mr. Clark any stronger for an attorney if you are in need. He is relentless,…read moretenacious, honest and will fight for you to the end. He and his paralegal, Tabitha, keep you well informed and in the loop. Mr. Clark is well connected to others working in the legal system and it does not go unnoticed due to the respect he garners from his peers in the courtroom. You can tell when he walks into the court, others take notice. He is HIGHLY intelligent, presents well and will be very honest with you regarding the best course of action you should take. I have never been in trouble, was clueless about navigating the legal system and he was with me every step of the way. I face some very serious jail time and he performed a miracle and got it reduced down to 7 days......7 days!!!!! I was a nervous mess when walking into court and when I saw him, I knew everything was going to be fine. I would recommend this firm to any relative, friend or stranger. Mr. Clark and Tabitha have a big place in my heart and always will. They saved my career; therefore, my livelihood. Please, if you need someone who will give you everything he can to help you, pick Mr. Clark. You are never just another client to this firm.....they will get to know you, your case and why you deserve another chance if you made a bad life choice. Thank you Mr. Clark and Tabitha......I can never repay you for what you have done for me.

From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and always made me feel like I was in good hands. He was able to accomplish more than I ever imagined possible, and the outcome exceeded all of my expectations. Throughout the entire process, he kept me informed, treated me with respect, and fought for the best possible result. Michael Walker was truly a blessing during one of the most stressful times of my life. I don't know how I'll ever be able to thank him enough for everything he has done. If you need an attorney who will go above and beyond for you, Michael Walker is the one to call. I am forever grateful and highly recommend him to anyone in need of outstanding legal representation.

I found myself in a bit of a pickle after getting a speeding ticket for going 27 mph over the limit, plus a citation for a headlight issue. I was focused on my GPS and completely missed that the speed had gone from 55 mph zone to a 30 mph zone and the police officer was waiting on me with lights on. I was very anxious about the possibility of points on my license from this one incident that could cause a suspension of my licence in Indiana. But from our very first chat, Mr. Walker made me feel confident and at ease. He's a wonderful communicator, was always quick to respond and eager to assist me with the legal process. His advice also encouraged me to become a better driver. To my amazement, Mr. Walker Esq. managed to get my case completely dismissed! I honestly didn't think it was possible. I believe his exceptional character and legal skills played a huge role in achieving this. I can honestly say I wouldn't want another lawyer besides him to represent me. I am forever thankful!

Do not hire Lewis Williams or Flexer Law. I hired him for a family law matter in Davidson County,…read moreand in my experience it was the worst professional service I have ever paid for. His paralegal drafted and filed a 16-count contempt petition in my case under his name. It was obvious to me he had never read my parenting plan or the contempt petition his own office filed: 8 of those counts had to be withdrawn. When I pointed out what the plan actually said, Lewis wrote to his own paralegal, "If this is what the parenting plan really says, and we're going to have to change that language in the petition again." Half the petition was gone by the time it was amended. That's what you get at $475 an hour. The drafts they sent me to approve had basic facts wrong. I went through every one line by line and sent back annotated corrections, correct dates, documentation, and timelines. Then they called me again and again asking the same questions. It was clear to me nobody read a word of it, and most of my corrections never made it into the filings. I was doing my own lawyer's job and paying him for the privilege. He pushed me toward things I didn't want to do and never explained why, including asking for more than I was ever seeking. In my opinion that made the case uglier, dragged it out for months, and cost me a lot of time and money. One count was thrown out because his paralegal put the abbreviation of a resort on the petition where my daughter's initials belonged. He then tried to blame me for his paralegal's mistake. A legal citation was wrong too, and opposing counsel used it to try to get every count dismissed. Nobody at the firm caught either one. All 8 counts were dismissed. The worst part: I gave him the key evidence in my case, records from the U.S. State Department, at our very first meeting. They directly contradicted statements made to the State Department. He sat on them for five months. Twenty-one days before the hearing his office told me they couldn't be used without authentication and asked ME to handle it. Nine days out, his paralegal wrote that she didn't know how and there wasn't time. I googled it and sent them the exact process the same afternoon. It took me five minutes. I called and asked him to move the hearing. He didn't. The evidence was never used. He asked me how to pronounce my daughter's name, which is two syllables, then got it wrong for an entire six-hour hearing. He asked again before the next hearing and got it wrong for four more hours. When things went badly he sat there with his arms crossed. To me he looked like he had already quit on my case. Opposing counsel, Rachel Upshaw of Miller Upshaw Family Law, was prepared, organized, and professional, and she ran circles around him. Watching the two of them side by side, I knew I had hired the wrong lawyer. After losing, he moved to withdraw. While he was still my attorney of record, he told me in writing he would not file anything else for me and that I should file it myself. So I did, with no lawyer, and I got my daughter's initials right, something Lewis and his paralegals could not do. He bills $475 an hour, and over the course of this case he billed me almost $30,000. In my opinion his work wasn't worth a third of that. If you need a family law attorney, hire Rachel Upshaw, Morgan Smith, or honestly anyone else before Lewis Williams. You know a law firm is terrible when I'm recommending my ex-wife's lawyer over Flexer Law.
