They even had remote workers at the kiosks working and the technology that they used to have her verify my residency and make payment while being virtual was seamless. 10 out of 10 experience. But once he got his payment, his availability became scarce -- it was often very difficult to schedule conversations over the phone. On top of that, the staff was rude and condescending most of the time. Ideally, you should want a lawyer that is there for you when you need, estate planning is not a one time event. But today was the tipping point. He was more than 25 minutes late for our scheduled appointment (which was made 3 weeks prior!), I called his office at the supposed meeting time, but they said he was running late and that he would call me back soon. I waited a long time, but no calls. When I checked my e-mail later on, he sent me a message saying he tried to contact me and when I called back I was informed I lost my appointment slot and I needed to re-schedule. The only issue is that there were no missed calls on my phone, and no voicemail. When I said that to him, he insisted that he called me and that I needed to re-schedule the meeting. I complained that it was not my fault but his, he was late after all, he had the audacity to say that I should apologize for saying that and also say "I do not know who you think you are". At that moment I lost my call and told him to fuck off, enough is enough!

For this they took $564.92. After all the lawyers took their piece of the pie including Hines Norman Hines I received $1,312.92 I feel all the law firms involved are nothing but professional scammers. My advise, avoid any law firm associated with a class action suit.
