Only one person that does the taxes. They are not equipt to handle it all. They will always tell you they didn't recieve paperwork They will dimiss you and Rush you and say it wasn't them if there was an issue. The owner can't handle the amount of work he is the only one that does your returns. Not very good communication.no reminders no communication only when tax season comes about that they will call you. Better cpa out there less cost The owner has no patience and keeps taking on more clients when they cant handle the ones they have now. Be Forwarned read more

This is our first year using anything other than H&R Block or Turbo Tax and we are very pleased! although we owe money (ugh!), Nishi worked with us to figure out how to lower what we owe. He didn't just share the numbers and let it be... he saw how upset my husband and I were and helped us figure out other ways to reduce the number and he was able to do it by half!!!
